Stopped by Curry Hut and had one of the best mango lassis I've had in a while. It was perfectly chilled, creamy, and had that rich, natural mango flavor--not overly sweet, just smooth and refreshing. You can tell it's made well and not watered down like some places. I also ordered garlic naan, and it was so good--fresh, warm, and full of flavor. it was made to order, which made it even better. Honestly, everything hit the spot. The mango lassi was the perfect refreshing drink for a warm day, and the fresh naan just made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back. AMAZING! everything was so good. The employee working the register was very nice. We got fresh garlic naan and it was so soft! I've been going here about once a month since May, and I always get the goat curry, as it is my favorite. I've also tried the potato and cauliflower, spinach chicken, tikka masala, and veggie korma. Recently, I started trying their ice creams, too, and I really like the pistachio and saffron flavors. It's a no brainer to get the garlic naan and mango lassi, too. Employees are kind, generous with portions, and they're always refilling the entrees. Although the store is small, you never really face a line, so you won't have to wait for long. The only thing is I wish they had lamb, and maybe a rotating menu, so we could try some new options. But, this is definitely a place I always look forward to, as the food leaves you feeling FULL. Just fair warning that the container holds up the liquids well for transportation but when you open it, a lil bit will spill out. This place is FIRE. Don't judge a book by its cover location I swearrrr. I loved the layout of this place, nice and cozy with the options of food laid out already. Just tried the most basic items such as chicken tiki masala, chicken curry, and garlic naan and they excelled greatly. The flavor was on point & the chicken was tender! Been here several times and finally got around to writing a review for this place. It's delicious! Everything we've tried has been flavorful, fresh, and not salty. I'm so happy to find this little family restaurant during lunch. It's located in the Target plaza but can be hard to miss it. I've come here about 4-5x already whenever I have a craving for Indian food and each time never disappoints. I always go for the 2 items plate with garlic naan bread. Yes!!!! Came here for lunch for the first time and got a bowl for the first time. I got the spinach and chicken curry and it was DELICIOUS and so filling. The gentleman serving was so patient as it was my first time here. Ordered plain naan on the side and it was made to order. So fresh and soft and the perfect addition. Located in a quaint town called Pico Rivera, in the same plaza as Target! My favorite combo is the 2 item which comes with rice, naan, and your choice of 2 items. I usually get the chicken tikka masala and black pepper chicken. I upgrade my regular naan to garlic naan and this is by far *chefs kiss* my favorite meal in Pico Rivera! The vegetable samosas are great too. They also offer catering options which we've used in the past for our family gatherings. I think they are reasonably priced for the quality of their food. Make sure to place your order ahead of time so that you have an option to pay cash. They accept card too but cash is always better for them. Yum-yum-yummy! It was 8:30pm when I suddenly began to crave a saucy, hot, flavorful dish, while I was cozied up in my linen duvet bed and binging Netflix. Yup, Curry Hut. I love their paneer masala Chunks of soft cheese swimming in a sweet and savory, creamy tomato sauce is all I wanted. I ordered that and it came with basmati rice. I also added a vegetable samosa order. I really life their samosas and sauces it comes with. So flavorful! I forget to take a picture every time I eat Curry Hut, which says a lot. My go to order is the 2 item combo: chicken tikka masala + cauliflower & potatoes. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the garlic naan. Service is always fast and friendly. You can definitely eat there if you wanted to as the tables are very clean and can seat 2 or 4 comfortably. The tables are usually empty since most people grab and go. There's sometimes a bit of a line but it moves fast thanks to their very efficient serving style. read more

Sorry this review has been a long time coming. I was excited to know there was something other than Mexican food, Burgers or Pizza in Pico. This place did not disappoint. I ordered of course the Chicken Tika Masala which is always an obvious go to for Indian food its like ordering tacos de asada at a Mexican spot, if the tacos suck then most likely all else will. This place did not suck as everything I ordered tasted very flavorful, I also ordered the Goat Curry and even that was awesome, if you are not used to picking off small bones and eating with your hands then maybe don't order this one but you really should because its totally worth getting all up in there. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is due to the following, I have been here a few times already and I have noticed some inconsistencies with their food such as their nan sometimes its extra toasty and hard but some other times its nice and soft, I also noticed the chicken in the tika masala had some pieces that were overcooked and were almost to mushy maybe it sat too long under the heat lamp. Trust me if each bite tasted exactly like the last they would get my 5 stars but for now I'm sure 4 is still damn good. Service here is always great and are always very nice. read more

A small place tucked into the shopping center near Target. It's a blink and you miss it kind of place, but the food is delicious! I was pleasantly surprised to see an Indian curry place open in Pico Rivera, but decided it would be worth a shot. The space is small, not much seating is available. But the smell is delicious! The service is good, the employees are polite snd helpful! I usually order Aloo Gobi or Goat curry. Be aware of the spice levels because I would argue these are pretty standard spice levels for Indian food. But it can be too much if you are not used to spice in general. This was my first time here at any of the Curry Hut locations, me and my boyfriend drove 30 minutes here to try it. Honestly so worth it! We both got the 2 item combo I got the chicken tiki masala and he got the black pepper chicken also an amazing recommendation by Sarah our waitress she was so helpful even offering samples of other entrees to try she was so sweet and the cooks were also so friendly. Both dishes were fantastic the portions were generous, the flavors were spot on, and the whole meal felt like a warm, comforting home cooked meal.
