Nothing about this pho spot was exceptional or special in any way. I came early in the morning so I was the only person to dine in. I walked in and two people at the register stopped talking and told me to sit wherever I wanted. They quickly took my order and made no effort to be friendly in any way. It was my first time here and, given that I was the only one in the store, I was expecting a "How's your day going?" "Is it your first time here?" "If you have any questions or need any recommendations let me know!" just generally any basic customer service. instead I was greeted at my table with a "what do you want to order?". The service outside of that was quick, my bowl came out soon and they immediately brought out any sides and drinks. The best way I can describe it was that the service was quick but not friendly, which was a let down considering I was the only person there, I wouldn't expect super friendly service or anything special if they were busy. For the first half of my meal until someone else came in there was no music playing and the people at the register had stopped talking, it was almost too quiet. It made eating there uncomfortable and unwanted. The decor itself was nice and modern though, and the store smelled nice, the atmosphere though was not my favorite. I ordered the the beef bone pho and it was $17.50 before tax which is on the pricier side I would say. the picture on the menu had advertised three beef bones, when in reality it was only two. Nothing was spectacular about this bowl of pho. I felt that the broth to Noodle and meat ratio was way off. there was not enough broth to my liking, so I finished the broth before I had gotten to my noodles or my meat. For a price this high, I was expecting more food at a better quality. nothing about the broth was particularly exciting. It was on the fresher, lighter side, which isn't a bad thing, but because there was less broth than normal, the lime I added was a little too strong. The beef bones themselves were not of high quality. The meat was not tender enough and did not fall off the bone. A knife was provided but it was a struggle to use with how firm the meat was. Out of my excitement I decided to pop in on a Saturday around 1 o'clock and walked into four people playing a card game in the back. I ordered pho meal... Which included pho shrimp & small strips of beef vermicelli. Meal was $14.50. I received 2 shrimp and 4 pieces of beef with a load of lettuce and vermicelli. The quality of this location has gone down. When entering, employees were more concerned on getting back to their poker game and rushed to complete the orders being made. I gave them a $5 tip added to my order and just before I left l, I asked if I can get Sriracha sauce. The employee stated it was in the bag. I walked out to open my meal and there wasn't none in there. I went back in, and employee then asked how many packets you need? I've gone there many time before.
