It is about more than the flavor which is incredibly layered, but it's so silky and rich that I could probably drink it by the cupful. Yes, I'm talking about food, don't look at me! Let me just eat in peace, with a giant spoon and a bib. I will even use a veil to hide my shame. The service is always friendly and lovely, and I think they might be a little worried when the tall white lady comes in all wild eyed and hungry. The ambiance is fine, as far as I know, my singular mission is to obtain the butter chicken, I am not sure if they have tables and chairs. The menu looks incredible, with recipes that are probably just as delicious as the butter chicken. But here is my problem... if I try another dish that is just as good as the BC, then what do I do?!
