Coveralls can be great for yard work, house cleaning, house painting, or working on art in your studio. You can find them used at more than 4x the price at the military surplus store. Or if you want pristine new ones, Wildfang, Madewell, and the fast fashion stores. It is a popular fashion-forward look. These may have some stains but they have a lot of life, they have seen authentic work, and they are solidly sewn of heavy fabric. The owner is very good at guessing your size too. The tie dye bib overalls in my photo are not for sale, but the owner is glad to put you in touch with the maker. The blank overalls come from Rag Man. They have all the other work wear and safety wear, including many used Carhartt. Many of the used items were worn by hard working union people. Their clothes are sent to industrial laundries, and if they are not ready to go back to the line workers, they come here. They are only open weekdays and require cash or check.

Usually when there is a price difference and you find others with the same price, they honor the marked price. I was specifically hoping to find boots and/or a jacket. On top of having an entire floor full of clearance jackets, they also had about a dozen racks under tents outside of the store. It seemed like they probably had every Columbia jacket that had been made within the past few years. There was also a ton of Mountain Hardware and Sorel. The Mountain Hardware jackets were about 25-50% off, which was still significantly cheaper than REI or anywhere else that I know of. I ended up feeling so overwhelmed by the jacket selection that I decided I needed to do some research, and come back. I ended up leaving with two pairs of snow boots: 1 Columbia, and 1 Sorel. I got both pairs for $55, including tax and a very small roundup for the National Park fund. I've been looking for boots for a couple of weeks, and the cheapest I've found comparable boots anywhere else was anywhere from $69-129. So, I was beyond stoked to find two pairs I liked in the clearance section. They were also having a store wide BOGO half-off sale, which is how the total ended up so low. I didn't have, and have actually never had any of the issues with outlet stores that other people brought up in their reviews. I used to work at the outlets in Folsom. Most of the merchandise isn't damaged or defective-- it's just overstock or barely out of season. The boots that I purchased are honestly of similar quality to brand new boots from DSW. I just got really lucky (and have a seventh sense for when things will be on sale due to all my years of working in retail). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would definitely shop here again.

I requested an update. No reply. May 9th, I call the business asking for an update on my order, and whoever it was I talked to didn't ask for an order number or anything. They just said that they just got a bunch of the orders in, and I would be receiving an email update within a couple days. Nothing. Today, May 27th, I once again called asking for an update. Told whoever I spoke to that the order was placed through Tualatin JBO. They told me all those orders were already delivered. Told them I placed this order on April 19th, and I could give them the order number if it would help. Their exact reply was, "Well the order number isn't gonna do me any good." They got a little flustered, then asked for my name and number and would get back to me later in the day. I called about 3pm. It's almost 930pm and no call back. Update 5/28 - Received word from someone from Tualatin JBO. The orders were received a week ago and will be distributed amongst the teams/families. Still would have appreciated SOME type of communication from OCSG.

I waited behind a single person getting checked out who was chatting with the cashier for 10 minutes about politics, life, sports, etc, after which they said "nice to meet you", (I thought they had been long time friends). The cashier finally got to me and I said I had an appt and he said oh then I'll take you to the other worker because I have to help these other people. The other worker said "what time is your appt" and I said 12:40. He said, with a brash tone, "well it's 12:25 so you can wait 15 minutes while I help this other guy". This other guy - who CAME IN AFTER ME AND DIDN'T HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. I was obviously like no, that's not how this works. I not only showed up before the other guy, I also had the foresight to make an actual appointment, and just because I'm 15 minutes early you're going to punish me, and be a complete jerk about it? The other guy behind me said it was fine, I should go first, so I did. The guy helping me then took my measurements and filled out a slip, gave it to me, and said to take it to the store in Chicago next weekend and they'll have my order ready for me. I literally said "are you sure this is all I have to do?", because it seemed too easy. And he literally said "yes." Next weekend I call the store in Chicago and they have NO ORDER IN MY NAME WHATSOEVER. The guy never put my order in. Fortunately the lady was very helpful and she got me fitted quickly and got a tux rental ready for me on the spot and it all worked out, but my entire trip to this store in clackamas was a complete waste of time, and I'm pretty sure that this vindictive guy intended on screwing me over. There were two sales associates, one who was already helping someone else with a wedding suit. We got the other person who was...polite but very quick and curt. Didn't seem like the warmest experience in contrast to the other associate who was really taking their time explaining choices and options. I think it boils down to what you prefer in terms of interactions, but it just felt like a bit cold. In the past, the suits were reasonably priced so imagine our surprise when this was almost twice the cost. The quality is still fine, but I'm not sure it really warrants such a steep price increase. All in all, this appointment was rather tepid and I'm not sure if we'll be going back here for our suit needs. There are other local, bespoke shops that seem more sustainable and affordable in this economy.

We came to this location in search of a suit for the Groom. The appointment started promptly and we were guided through the process well. Admittedly, we were not sure what color or material we wanted for the suit and our salesperson helped us through a lot of decisions. My gripe comes towards the end of the appointment - it seems they do not allocate enough time to adequately provide the services they offer. Toward the end we were quite frankly rushed into a purchase. Another salesperson interrupted us just before purchase telling us the 1 o'clock was there - us, and our salesperson together which made the next portion of the appointment feel very rushed. Before we had a chance to discuss our purchase as a couple the payment module was produced and it was as we were making the payment we were told about their no refunds policy as suits were made to order. I tried to pause the transaction then and there but I could tell the salesperson felt rushed with the need to get to the next appointment. I would have liked to have time to discuss our purchase and be sure the item we selected fit within our wedding plan before purchasing and that was clear but we kind of felt like we had to make the purchase right then and there. I can't recommend this store to anyone in our situation as I don't think that experience really helped us. I certainly wasn't prepared to be rushed into a purchase without knowing their policies. And in the end we did pay for the item on the spot but I can't help but feel like we wouldn't have done that if we didn't feel pressed for time salesperson included. In the end, we are finding ourselves having to rework our wedding vision to fit the suit color we purchased in as they do not allow returns or changes.

But within some areas, there is hardly any merchandise. For example, the Swim section was minimal. There was a big sign and display, but turns out that was it. Literally just a handful of swimsuits, one or two rash guards, no goggles, fins or gear. Did I mention just a handful of swimsuits? Was highly disappointed but since I was there, decided to walk the aisles. The vast majority of the store is filled with clothing. Racks and racks of clothing. Like it's sister store and neighbor, Marshall's, they must get leftover clothing from other stores and sell at a discount. There are definitely good finds among the racks, but I wasn't shopping for clothing and didn't have the patience. Ended up buying a wide brimmed sun hat with SPF of 50 for just $16.99. There were only three customers at the checkout but it still seemed to take forever. Of course this area is filled with a plethora of spontaneous purchases - trail mix, gadgets of every kind, hiking books, flashlights, etc. For me, Sierra will never be a destination like Marshall's where I will go far out of my way to visit. But for those who want outdoorsy clothing, this could be your Marshall's.

It is very elementary, and expected that an operation like this should indicate which items and sizes are sold out. When I searched for this shirt on other web sites, they clearly indicated which sizes were available. The fact that they let me pay for this item and cool my heels wondering what was going on with no feedback until I spent days trying to contact them is sad.
