Fan blows like a jet engine, in one zone the fan blows so hard floor registers blow off (safety issue), while another zone the fan doesn't even work, installation not completed (missing panels on heat pumps - see photos), to name a few. It has been almost 3 months and they still haven't fixed any issues (only came out once to look and decided they needed to make a part). We have called them numerous times and the issues have not been addressed. Avoid this business. Update on the zone where the fan didn't work - turned out it was a wire that wasn't connected under the floor. That is fixed but why did it take so long to fix and I kept asking them about it.

We waited another week - no one reached out, so we called again. Pam acted like she was baffled at who we were & said Zach would have to call us back. Zach called & said there was a "snafu", he'd get the parts ordered. It's now been 5 weeks, we called again & Zach said the parts aren't here so he'll have to look into it (again). 5 weeks... Needless to say, we will be calling someone else for help. I have no idea how this company stays in business but I will be telling everyone I know to NEVER call this company.

Monday morning at 8 AM a team was at the house ready to go! How was that for service? Tyler Clark was on site for three days installing and carting away the old system, installing the new system and calibrating with added amenities. Another Tyler and Maxime and others came and went as needed. We also had them clean all the heat/air ducts and the dryer vent of the 22-year-old home we recently purchased. Ricky helped us out with our financing and all the necessary paperwork. Overall it was simply a pleasure working with all these customer oriented and friendly people.
