Got the American; it was delicious! Turkey with Gouda so good. My coworkers got different sandwiches and all said how great it tasted!

How am I just now learning that there is a Curtis Park Deli in Boulder?! I've been to the OG Curtis Park location years ago and have been craving it since. We stopped in on a Saturday a little after lunch time and we were greeted by super friendly staff. We split an American and an Italian, and of course got the house made pickles too. Our food was ready within a few minutes. I can confidently say this (both sandwiches) is some of the best food I've had in months. Everything was perfect -- the fresh bread, the heavenly aioli, the bright greens. Both sandwiches truly rocked. Don't make me pick a favorite because I cannot. The food here isn't "cheap", but you definitely get the quality ingredients you pay for. Street parking can be a bit of a challenge, but there is free 2 hr garage parking right below the building! read more

4.7 stars - They make a really good, satisfying sandwich. I've ordered the Curtis, American, Park and the Italian. All are delicious. The Curtis is a take on a cold Rueben and the corned beef is tender and thin-sliced to perfection. I prefer a hot Sammie so I heat mine up at home, but it still tastes great cold. The American will now become my go-to turkey sub; it's perfect. The Park is tasty and a great breakfast option. The Italian really hits the spot and is balanced perfectly. Something I see in other delis is you get so many different meats and toppings that the flavors become a big mosh. This sandwich is balanced so well with the house made aioli and the arugula tossed in red wine vin. It could maybe use a liiiiiitle more meat for the price, but I'm not complaining - it filled me up perfectly. The bread is also so good! Crispy on the outside and perfect chew on the inside - holds up extremely well. The ciabatta is baked daily by City Bakery and they source a lot of local ingredients which I'm a big fan of. These sandwiches have a homemade, super fresh quality to them and I will happily come here every time I'm craving a deli sandwich. read more

I know this is a bold statement but this is the best deli that I have ever been to. I get the mystery/chef's choice everytime and it is always delicious. Sometimes they are very creative and other times they might give you something close to what is on the menu but add a little something extra like additional veggies or pesto, etc. Highly recommend. read more

Went in yesterday with a coworker and friend to eat lunch. No joke, the manager turned us away because my coworker had a bonified Service Animal. He was told, " You can't have that animal in here." After explaining that it was a medical device the manger still said no because it's a Health Code violation. The manager was even told about the American Disability Act of 1973. My coworker gave him a moment to look it up because there was no one else inside. The manager just stood there. Here is some training for the owners who seem to be completely clueless. There are two questions you can ask and here they are. 1). Is this a Service Dog? 2). What tasks does the Service Dog perform? So simple. If the Service Animal appears to be untrained (barking, aggressive behavior, or out of control) you can then ask them to leave. And so you further know in case the Service Animal leash, Service Animal collar and NSAR vest were not proof enough, a Service Animal IS NOT REQUIRED to wear any identifiers but you can still ask the two questions to anyone with a potential Service Animal. Emotional Support Animals do not have the same rights. Do your homework and change your sign. Yes, I drove by today and your meaningless apologies meant zero to any of us because you did zero to fix the problem. Learn how to run a business and take a training course from the Health Department. read more

Saw this place driving down 30th to Pearl and decided to give it a try. SOOOO glad we did. We had a French. Everything about that sandwich was awesome. The fresh ciabatta bread, the ham, the Brie, the house made mustard, the house made aioli, all were amazing. Best sandwich I've had in sometime. And the sandwich was big. I visited the Boulder location and ordered the Curtis and so the "house made 1000 island" dressing was bad. Tasted like sad, garlicky mayonnaise. That said the bread, meat and cheese were good and the sandwiches were big... As they should be for almost $15. Also got the Community "All Mixed Up" chips which I thought would be a mix of seat salt chips, vinegar chips, bbq chips. Nope. It's all those seasonings on each chip. Yuck. I asked to exchange them after eating a few and was told no, I'd have to buy another bag. Not going back. At least not to that location. read more

Did someone say homemade pickles? Yes please! I ordered the caprese sandwich, pickle (which is free) and a bag of chips. The bread was yummy, toasty, and fresh. The service was fast and everyone was kind. It's exactly what you want when you need lunch on the fly. read more

This deli never disappoints! My go to is the Italian or American but you can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches. They're so flavorful and taste fresh! Park in the convenient parking garage behind their front entrance, there's 2 hour free parking and it's right next to the deli. There's plenty of seating inside but I would love if they added a couple small tables outside to eat at! read more

I am so excited that Boulder has a Curtis Park Deli now! We came in after a hike and I was pleased that this one is just as good as the OG. Very friendly service and the sandwiches are incredible! I took a group of friends who had never been and they were all impressed! Their bread is truly unmatched and the choices are unique and varied. We had the veggie, rainbow trout, vegan, and American within our group and everyone loved their respective sandwiches. The iced tea was also a huge hit! Unlike the original, this Curtis has a nice inside space with plenty of tables and a fun colorful mural! Only downside is there's no outside space for dining with the doggos. Sorry to all the other sandwhich shops, but Curtis Park Deli is superior! I'll definitely be back! read more

So glad I found this place. I've tried every sandwich place in Boulder, and this is my new #1. All the fancy sandwich places are using high quality ingredients and have interesting combos, but what sets this one ahead is the bread. The service was fast, the location is kinda annoying, and I wish the interior had more personality. But that's all secondary to the sandwiches. We get these all the time for work events, and they literally make me feel ill every time. I've had the Italian, the American, and whichever one has roast beef on it.
