The original pain I came in for was never addressed. They told me I didn't have a cavity, yet a year later my new dentist confirmed that I do. I also received two different quotes for the same service, and when I asked about the discrepancy, I was told it would be sorted out later. It never was. To top it off, they had me sign a payment contract while I was under sedation (not asleep but drugged on a sedation pill). I will never set foot in that office again.

I went in for two lower wisdom tooth extractions fully prepared for pain, stress, and a long procedure... and instead I got the smoothest, fastest, most painless dental visit ever. No exaggeration -- both teeth were out in under 3 minutes total. I barely had time to process what was happening before he was already done. Zero pain, zero drama, zero anxiety.
