I cannot recommend this office enough. I went in this morning with a painful abscess and dental infection, and they got me in right away for an emergency root canal. As someone with significant dental anxiety and past dental trauma, I am always incredibly nervous walking through the door. From the very first phone call this morning, I was treated with genuine kindness and compassion. The woman who helped schedule my appointment was so reassuring and made me feel like I was in good hands before I even arrived. Dr. Tim and his assistant, Maria, were absolutely amazing. They were calm, patient, comforting, and took the time to make sure I felt safe throughout the entire procedure. They never made me feel rushed or judged, and their kindness helped ease a fear I've carried for years. What could have been a terrifying experience ended up being one of the most positive dental visits I've ever had. I'm so grateful for this experience and this office. I've been going to this office for years and have always had a great experience. The office is very clean, welcoming, and professional. The receptionists are always friendly, smiling, and make you feel like family when you walk in. I had an insurance change for a few years and wasn't able to stay with this office, but I ended up switching my insurance so I could come back and see Ari again. Ari is an exceptional hygienist. She's gentle, caring, thorough, and always looking out for her patients' needs. She makes every visit comfortable, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. I was the biggest chicken in the world to go to the dentist, put off dental work for many years because of it due to VERY bad experiences in the past, but since going to Vista Dental, I can honestly say I have never had a problem! Vista Pacific Dental Care is extremely communicative with respect to setting, confirming and reminding patients about appointments, and wait times are minimal. The practice never tries to upsell patients on care they don't need, and hygienists and dentists will always your questions honestly and in a forthcoming manner. Vista Pacific Dental Care is very upfront about costs, including a patient's out-of-pocket responsibilities and what insurace will cover/not cover. There's no guesswork involved. Hooray! And if the cost of a specific treatment may be out of reach, the practice is willing to work with you, and therefore, it offers tons of flexible payment terms and plans to meet your budget. If you feel you need something else, such as a teeth whitening treatment, all you have to do is ask. There are no guessing games here. The doctors will fill you on the costs and how those procedures are conducted. Finally, I love how Vista Pacific Dental Care is a bilingual practice, as it specializes in working with Spanish-speaking patients from a wide range of nations and backgrounds, many of whom are uninsured, but need vital dental care.
