I needed an appointment as soon as possible due to requiring a dental clearance. I emailed a request after hours and the good doctor, himself called me immediately and fit us in to accommodate our time constraints. We have finally found a dentist that will take care of our dental work for a very long time. Haven't seen a dentist for over 13yrs because i was traumatized when i was younger with the people that did my teeth. But Dr. Magnis and his team have treated me well and made it less scary and i didn't feel anything. They made sure i was comfortable the whole experience. I was avoiding the dentist for years but a filling fell and I needed to see one ASAP. I came on Yelp and the reviews persuaded me to go to Dr. Magnis' office and I'm glad I did. Rosselyn emailed me the patient forms so when I arrived to my appointment, everything was ready. I walked in 10 minutes before my appointment and didn't even have time to sit down as I was taken back right away. Dr. Magnis went to introduce himself and explain that I was going to get pictures and X-rays taken. He also asked what I was there for and what I was looking for specifically. He also made conversation to get to know me which I appreciated because he was not in a rush to get things started but showed that he cares about his patients. Rosselyn then took pictures and X-rays all while netflix played on the monitor above me. She also asked questions to get to know me and put Grey's Anatomy on Netflix as I mentioned I was currently watching that show. After the x-rays, Dr. Magnis came back and reviewed them with me explaining what I needed and we got started with my treatment right away! I was so happy that he was able to get started right away! They were very careful with their work and kept making sure I was okay during my filling and cleaning all while netflix played above me. The staff the doctor definitely care about their patients and it shows that they love what they do. The office is very clean and they go through every step with you. If you don't understand what they are doing, they explain so you understand! I'm so glad I went to Dr. Magnis and will go do all my follow up visits with him! They have all the newest technology including Netflix so you can watch during your cleaning.
