I read reviews on line. That was not a good place to start - nothing good there. So, the day of reckoning had arrived. I called from home before leaving. I told the receptionist that I had a bad previous experience at this location. I asked if the service was any better at this time. She said that it was okay some times. Not very reassuring! I went to this Dalton location that evening around 6:15 PM. It was not too busy. We were received and seated as soon as we entered the door. Menus were distributed and drink order was taken. I jokingly asked my waitress if she was the best waitress in the house this evening. She hesitated and said that she probably was not. Our order was taken, The food (Full Rack Baby Back Ribs, The Logan Steak and a Potato soup) was delivered in a timely manner and it was delicious. My waitress must have had chores in another part of the restaurant. She was scares, yet the other waiters and waitress were right on time for us.
