If I could give this place no stars at all I would. I got a lipo/BBL during the consultation they said they had to do my bbl/lipo in two sessions so I asked the doctor if I could get fat lipo from my upper back as well. He said yes they just charged me extra for the extra lipo. On the day of the surgery they gave me Benadryl and Xanax to make me "sleepy" mid surgery I wake up with the doctor saying all kinds of profanities he was being super rough I kept telling him it hurt and he just kept going telling me to shut up unless I wanted him to stop and leave me like I was. I endured that pain and left only to see that my surgery was super botched!!! It looked horrible! I told them that I wasn't happy with it and they didn't care. I tried several times to get them to fix it and they didn't. Even the surgical tech that took my "after photos" agreed that the lipo looked bad. You can see the places where he inserted the cannula to remove the fat. It's so bumpy, despite paying 8k for the procedure, plus lymphatic drainage massages and trying to invest in compression garments! Do not bother going here! It's horrible! read more

I thought I would be leaving good reviews for this place, but I guess not. I purchased a "3 session deal on groupon for IPL" and had made an appointment with Patty. The first time I made the appointment I had no problem at all. I had my first session, and it went pretty well. Made an appointment for my 2nd session, and it got canceled THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT which was a Thursday. I received a phone call from one of the receptionist telling me that my appointment was CANCELED, because patty had an emergency. The lady said Patty would call me back the next day (Friday) to make an appointment. Next day came and no phone call whatsoever. "I then told myself I'll wait till Monday to see if she would call me, if not I'll call and make the appointment". Monday came and NO PHONE CALL AT ALL, so I called to reschedule. Patty was the one that picked up, and I told her I WOULD LIKE TO RESCHEDULE, at first she said; "OKAY, SURE WHAT DAY WOULD YOU LIKE?" then I told her I am rescheduling because my original appointment for the previous Thursday got canceled due to the emergency that you had. Right after I said that; Patty said, "WELL YEAH IT WAS AN EMERGENCY, BUT NOT REALLY AN EMERGENCY. I WOULD HAVE TO CALL YOU BACK FOR THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE CURRENTLY MY SYSTEM IS DOWN." I told her okay, and she was about to hang up. Then I asked if she has my number to call me back. Right when I asked her that, SHE ASKED FOR MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER!!!. FAST FORWARD TO TODAY! 12/22/2018 IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL FROM PATTY FOR MY APPOINTMENT. I have yet to go through with my surgery, however after my consultation today, I am planning to go with Dr. Anil Gandhi. His assistant Avelina Rodriguez is extremely pleasant and personable. She went over everything so I hardly had to ask her any questions and when I did she answered them thoroughly. She also made sure that when the doctor came in to take my measurements that he knew exactly what I wanted and she helped me find the perfect size and type of implant. Thank you! I had a consultation with Dr. Gandhi in March then scheduled my surgery for April 20th. I got a breast augmentation 3 days ago and so far so good. Love the size because in the beginning I wanted to do 380 CC but, Dr. Gandhi assured me that I would be happy larger so that's exactly what I did ! I ended up with 450 CCs. Had my breast done exactly 4 months ago . my breasts turned out absolutely perfect. I had very asymetrical breasts and now they are practically identical . Dr.Gandhi really knows what he is doing and his tips for the after care really helped also . the only complaint I might have is that a few of the nurses and the receptionist are very very rude. A few of them were sweet but the receptionist and the main nurse I believe, we absolutely rude and made it difficult to continue on with my surgery. I went in for liposuction 2 months ago, and it was a TERRIBLE experience.They don't even check on you to see how your doing before or after the procedure. They don't tell what you should or should not eat, or how you should sleep or not sleep or to ensure if you have taken your medications properly. I just feel a patient that's in pain should be a priority over their social life. Or what their next meal is going to be. Botched Botox I cant leave less than 1 star, or I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars! This doctor should have his license revoked! My friend & I bought a groupon for 20 units.The doctor was completely unprofessional & very rude. He told my friend "wow, you hardly need botox at all, how am I going to use these 20 units" he then looked at me (she is 15 years younger) and said to her "maybe you can give the extra to your friend". Very Professional. I was also very surprised when he told me that I needed "about 38 units", Without first mapping out the area he was going to be injecting? I've had botox done previously & its been 28 units maximum.I told him I didn't want to look frozen & at most wanted 24 units. As he was about to start injecting I said "don't you want me to scrunch up my face so you can see the wrinkle areas"? I was told " it's almost the same areas on everybody" . WHHHHAAAAAAATTTT? He was mad when he stuck the needle in, and when I winced, he said "don't be such a baby"! I was speechless! My face was swollen and red as I went home and I was in a lot of pain (probably because he was so aggressive with the injections! Was he was mad that I wouldn't buy extra units?). Two days later my left eye started to sag while my right eye was reaching for the sky! I called the office & was told to come in if it got worse. The following day my eye was half shut, I went to the office. The doctor said "what's the problem" I said "look at my face!" "I'm a makeup artist, people stare at my face as I am doing their makeup, would you want me to tell them who did this to me, because right now I am a walking billboard." He told me he would fix it, but that I had to pay up front. When I said There is no way I was going to pay for his botched injections . He walked out and said "I'm not doing anything for free". His receptionist came in and told me that she could talk to him if I wanted him to fix it, or I could have my money back. I came in with 2 age spots, red blemishes, spider vains, and patches of redness. 3 IPL treatments aren't doing anything for the spider vains but the red blemishes and redness are much better. I purchased a group rate directly from fountain of youth and the price is a great deal aside from the great deal the technician Patricia is very nice. She was helpful in explaining the process and what results I would realistically see. After my three photo facials I have seen an even color to my face. Do not be shocked the days after the photo facials the dark spots will be darker but they will eventually wash off as the skin renews the smaller spots are all gone. I am going to have to continue treatment for a few larger areas of discoloration but I feel confident that they will disappear after a few more treatments. I was very hesitant to come since the center had few reviews and pictures but I don't regret it, I saw the difference after the first treatment. read more

I had breast augmentation done here. My overall experience was amazing. I had my surgery March 4th 2015. Everyone in the staff was sweet and Dr.Ghandi was fantastic. They made me feel really comfortable during surgery. The surgery was very fast and I loved that it was only local anesthesia because once the implants were implanted I was able to see what my boobs looked like and whether or not I wanted to do the minimal or max on the implant. Everybody in the surgery room including my fiancé and mother that were able to go in and give their opinion said I should go max and so I did. I was extremely happy with my decision and with the way they looked. They look so natural and the perfect size. I had plenty of follow ups after my surgical procedure with Dr.Ghandi and they were with me the whole way of my recovery. I am giving one star because the doctor there does not know how to properly do lip fillers. Just because he follows guidelines does not mean he is trained to do them. He also came in there barely explained to me what was going to happen I kept trying to ask him questions and he just kept saying don't worry this is what you need instead of giving me options and listening to what I had to say or my concerns about lip fillers and what I wanted my results to be. Just before he finished i felt a sharp pain at the site of injection because I know he put in way more than what he was supposed to at that specific site. I now have a big bump in the middle of my lower lip that looks horrible it literally looks like I got stung by a bee or something. So I drove all the way over there (over an hour and with Friday traffic) to see what he could do just so he can tell me "oh well it's like that for another 6 months that's when it will go away" and I told him it was his fault for putting too much in that area and all he said was time will make it go away. I starred at him and just said "so I'm supposed to look like this for 6 months?!" And he just said massage it will go away and walked out not even offered a partial refund for the mistake that he made or an offer to try to fix it for free. Also according to every lip review I've seen you're NOT supposed to massage it! It's so obvious it really sucks I expected to be complimented on Fuller lips after this procedure now all I get is what happened to your lip why is there a big bump or did somebody punch you because you have a big bump on your lip. I don't even smile with my teeth showing in my pictures because it looks bad. Do yourself a favor go to Angel's medspa in burbank same price and better customer service for Fuller lips! Just went in for a breast augmentation consultation and it went bad. Walked in and the workers were rude and they were unprofessional. There was an Asian lady who seemed to be a higher staff member than the receptionists there and was yelling at one of the girls who seemed new. The area was in a poor location and the whole plaza is getting rebuilt and they didn't bother to tell me and it was hard to find because they were blocked by wood walls. On top of that the doctor isn't board certified and has two cases where complaints were filed against him and you can verify it on mbc.ca.gov just search his name on there and you will be able to click on his name and license number. Then the girl took me in the room and left the door open when I had my bra off with my boobs popping out and another worker opened the door without knocking and my boobs were for everyone to see if anyone has passed by the door. The doctor spent 5 mins talking to me and didn't explain what CC meant. After that I had to put on a bra then the worker would put a silicone implant under my boob to see what size I would like. Bad experience never going back! Make sure you look up his name on that website I said. I hadn't seen that website until I was sitting there. I seriously wanted to leave as I waited because I didn't get a good feeling as soon as I sat down. It was very sketchy. read more
