My Mom was an excellent maker of matzo ball soup. Even though it was not my preference - my husband loved it. My lunch crepe the NYC - chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers and balsamic glaze - Amazing! The flavors complimented each other really well. My sweet crepe I would have preferred if Nutella was used instead of chocolate syrup. But this does not deter me from trying a different sweet crepe next time. Now I know you maybe thinking four stars for only liking two of three items? Their menu has many offerings and Im sure I will find other items I like just as much as my NYC crepe. The two menu items I did not like were just preference.

The ordering system is unique, where you place your order and pay digitally on two kiosks on the left side of the store. There's a cool option to put a message (for free) with your as well as gift wrap (for an additional $1) so it makes for a great gift. At first, I was a bit surprised by how expensive (relatively) it was for one cookie. That was till I opened the box (see picture below) and saw that the cookies are each quite large. I got 4 different flavors, of which the "original" milk chocolate chip was my favorite. Staff was also very friendly and kind as well. Will be back!

They also make a great flan, smooth, creamy, and not too sweet. The coxinhas are made to order, and for $1 each, I easily can eat 5 at a time. Said I gave you a $20. He thought for a second, then gave me $12. They have good bakery stuff. Which is why I gave them 4 stars. But this is the second time, something weird has happened. My first experience, had lunch and it was great. Paid with credit card but there was no sign saying additional charges for credit.Later, noticed my receipt was charged an additional sum with no explanation. It wasn't tax, nor the tip. So I figured if I go back, I will pay with cash. With this experience, if I return, it will have to be Exact cash. Be aware and check your receipt before you leave.
