Tony was fabulous! He kept me informed on when he would be arriving, which I really appreciated. He looked at the 2 issues I was having (noise in my pipes and a leak in my crawl space) and gave me a quote. He was not a high pressure sales type, which I was grateful for. I found his prices reasonable and accepted the quote and he got to work right away! He had everything fixed in less than an hour, which blew my mind, he was unbelievably efficient. Tony was absolutely fantastic. He responded to your yelp request right away, got on the phone to discuss and give his best idea of a range of pricing (understandably caveating since he hadn't seen it in person but still giving us at least an idea before showing up), and was at our place in 30 minutes. You can tell Tony cares about the customer experience and making sure it's as good as possible--he did even a little more work than we asked for just to make sure we were happy with the final result! If you're looking for some old-school customer service with a great result, definitely give tony and Cuse Plumbing a shot! I've had some good and some mediocre plumbing experiences but Tony stands out because he was easy to reach, provided fantastic communication upfront and throughout the process (scheduling, estimate process, the problem and options to fix), and he was just a friendly and considerate guy. Today, I pulled my refrigerator away from the wall to wash the floor behind it and as I began, I noticed one of the copper pipes hooked to my refrigerator looked broken. I lifted it up and water started flowing all over my kitchen floor. I went downstairs to my basement and turned the water supply to the house off. Water was pouring from a ceiling light fixture in the basement. It's the 4th of July and the thought of not having water for any daily need was daunting. Of six calls I made, only Cuse Plumbing responded. I hate calling people on holidays, but Anthony was so understanding and came right over to help. Anthony Syracuse, owner of Cuse Plumbing, is an unusual Master Plumber. He's not only knowledgeable, he is calm, understanding and kind. He assessed the problem and explained what he needed to do. He invited me to walk with him as he looked for the water shutoff for the refrigerator. He explained that he could close off the refrigerator water line and, then, I would be able to turn the house water back on. Problem: I know where and how to turn off the sprinkler and household water, but I had no idea the refrigerator had a separate line or where it even was; never had this problem before. Anthony kept a calm demeanor as we looked in various spaces and, then, he saw the water pipe in a corner behind my furnace! I never would have found it! He also checked out my water heater and had me accompany him to the outside water spigot where he explained how to read the meter he was using to check my house's water pressure and why it was important to check the pressure. I learned a lot today and also discovered there are several appealing options for me to consider for how I want to repair/redesign the layout of my refrigerator's water lines. Anthony wrote out the options we discussed and was careful to separately price each one; making it easy for me to develop an incremental plan and without any pressure from him. I enjoyed meeting Anthony. He has a strong plumbing background and is now starting his own company - a new entrepreneur! I highly recommend him! He is thoughtful in his approach to a problem, thorough in explaining his work and educating his customer. I will use him again! read more
