Carlos saved us, again!! We had a leaking main water valve in our house that needed replacement. He explained everything about the job, including having to shut off the water pipe from the street connection. Then he needed to remove a wooden barrier that was blocking access to solder a new pipe and valve. Carlos is always very friendly, and he cleans up the job site well. And we are back. PNM made a return visit to install a new faucet. They're very easy to contact via Yelp and will get back to you within a few hours. It took about an hour to install a new faucet and replace the hot/cold water valves. $249 for the whole shebang. Also, we had them come back the next day due to drippy valve issues, no charge. This is a small, family owned operation and so nice! They've only been going since November '18 and are already killing it on Yelp too. read more

"Plumbers Near Me" is the worst plumbing contractor I've ever used. Asked them to install my new disposal. Nothing complicated, but the person this company sent out did not follow the manufacturer's instructions and photos. He installed the disposal wrong for $223.90 and later it leaked. I called another plumbing con-tractor who took pictures of the obvious mis-takes, and reinstalled the disposal correctly for $175. I asked the original plumbing contractor, "Plumbers Near Me," to reimburse me, and Saul Mejia, I presume the owner, apologized and said he would reimburse me. 83 days later no reimbursement despite my emailing Saul and calling him several times. As first-time homeowners, we didn't winterize our outdoor faucet/sillcock and found it leaking in the crawlspace when we turned it on. We had a leak from an 80-year-old galvanized pipe that was 100% rusted and located behind a wall. The access was extremely difficult. "Carlos" was fantastic in dealing with the pipes that were almost impossible to separate due to the corrosion. He worked tirelessly on the project. The best plumbing service I have encountered, they actually saved me money by recommending I get a new, water saving toilet and told me about the city rebate, which eneded up saving me a $100 toward the cost of the toilet.
