He was so polite, friendly, and informative that I decided on the spot to use them. I picked out the color for the powder-coat, he picked up my furniture right then, and I am so pleased with the results. My 25+ year old cast aluminum furniture was so badly oxidized that Steven did a double job on the powder-coating. They also welded a cracked chair back -- can't tell it was cracked at all, and replaced the swivel and tilt mechanisms so they are now smooth and sturdy. It all now looks better than new!

The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule.
