Tried to return it and was told there was a 24 hour return policy. It should be on the back of our receipt ( which was not faxed.) We have never been provided with the back of the receipt. The store manager was very uncooperative. We were offered $150 return for the delivery fee by a vice president of the company who was very pleasant. Even that we had to send an email to get the refund. Very unpleasant experience. Not worth my time to sue for the value of the chairs. Hopefully they will work out, but do not hold out much hope. Attaching a picture of the amount of water coming out of the chairs three days after the last rain. All the rest of the furniture in the backyard was dry.

We used Backyard Expressions to measure and install Fireplace Glass doors (Stoll Industries) for three fireplaces. Jim, the owner, came out in person to do all of the measurements. In addition, we ordered a piece for our Patio set (Tropitone) to expand our set. We were nearing the end of our major renovation, and Jim saw a few of the pieces that we didn't put into storage. He recommended a cleaning and restoring products, brought them back to life with a bit of elbow grease and saved us from replacing them! Very good, honest people! Their staff that came to do the installation were professional and took care to protect our home and fireplaces. This was very important with one of the fireplaces as we had just had the marble restored! I was pretty satisfied with my first experience so I came back again when I needed to further furnish my home. A year ago I ended up buying a couple foshay bookshelves. It was a lengthy process consisting of multiple visits over the course of a month to make sure it was "the one" we wanted for our home. After dropping a pretty penny for them, the shelves arrived after a couple months as expected. Delivery was very professional. There were two movers who moved in the bookshelves and parked them exactly where I wanted. They also ensured the shelves were leveled because our floor was a little uneven. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. As they installed the bookshelves, they noticed a defect in one of the shelving units, and went out of their way to report it so a new component could be delivered to my home free of charge. I went back recently to get a sofa. Their website made it very easy for me to map it out in my own home. Their store had the item available for me to see it in person. An assistant was there to give me a variety of fabric colors to consider. Now I'm just waiting for delivery (will update when it comes). The only downside of Room and Board is the pricing. It's a little higher than what you'd expect but it is reflected in the quality and uniqueness of their products and the customer service.
