We moved into a new home in Naples in January. We purchased every appliance in the home from Ferguson. We have had issues with literally every unit. Many issues were simple fixes. , but it took their service department multiple trips to resolve. The follow up from their sales rep to their service team is literally nonexistent. The only way we have obtained resolutions is to consistent call with our builder until they finally address the issue. Under no circumstances would we recommend Ferguson! read more

Not impressed with delivery and customer service at the Naples Ferguson Showroom. I ordered plumbing items for a master bath remodel totaling $11k from the Ferguson Showroom in Naples, FL (Goodlette location). Order took over 4 weeks to fulfill and deliver. Yet ordered 2 large medicine cabinets from Ferguson Inc. direct and received them via FedEx within 2 days. Toto toilet was on backorder 2 months so I finally cancelled that item as construction had begun and my plumber needed a toilet to install. Ferguson Naples set up delivery of 1 item and the pickup of 2 of 3 items attached to the toilet. Ferguson delivery never showed and my calls to inquire "why" were Not returned. ..meanwhile I'm chasing after a $900+ refund from Ferguson Naples Showroom. Be forwarned. Order directly from Ferguson online and ship to your home. You'll get your items much, much quicker and easily tracked! read more

I went to Ferguson with my daughter with high expectations and we ended up with a salesman named CRAIG. The selection was good. We spent 10 k , no problem all good. In the future, remember you can get most of this stuff on line for 30% cheaper. Ferguson doesn't install anyway so what's the difference. After my contractor finished we had a few extra pieces. When I tried to return, CRAIG had a little hissy fit and said it wasn't possible. Then I showed up one day when he wasn't working and another salesperson did the return. So, I've been working with Ferguson and Build.com back when they were separate entities. Now that they are together, they're a powerhouse. Walk into a Ferguson Showroom; heck make an appointment through the www.fergusonshowrooms.com appointment scheduler. Heck, if you're in SWFLA, I would recommend Michelle LaCroix in south Naples. Or, if it's 3:00AM and you want to see what low flow faucets are available for the highly restricted region you're living in, they'll make sure that when you put in your information, you won't have to give the excuse to the inspector, "I ddidn't know that..." You can occasionally beat the price on that Jungle website....BUT you can't beat being happy, and confident, at the same time, while still saving yourself money on VERY high quality Kitchen, Bathroom, and Lighting products. read more

We ordered a fairly expensive built-in barbecue grill. Paid in full, including installation fees. After installation we noted a small deformed area at the base, quite visible by anyone walking by the grill. Ferguson--via its "Lead Sales Coordinator" informed us that the repair for the defect was our responsibility as the unit had languished in Ferguson's warehouse for longer than 30 days. Ferguson believes--having been fully paid--that they can simply shift responsibility to the homeowner. After all, they have 100% of their money and the unit is now sitting in our patio. The Ferguson staff did suggest that WE "[look] into finding a local metal company to come and fix it." Ferguson--which deals with stainless steel appliances regularly, suggests that we--newly moved to FL--try to find a metal working company on our own to pay for a defect that was Ferguson's responsibility! I found this fixture on line and went to Ferguson's to buy it. The salesperson was helpful and said they do not do the installation. So, the fixture I ordered was drop shipped to me with damage. Ferguson said it was my problem. I could send the fixture back or have it repaired at my cost. This is a complex fixture (see attached picture) with 17 broken crystals. Furgeson had replacement crystals sent to me and recommended a very competent craftsman to fix the fixture, at the cost of $350 to repair. It took two trips, and the work was exceedingly tedious. I feared that a replacement would arrive similarly damaged because of the packaging, so I opted to have it repaired. It is a beautiful chandelier, but I will not do business with Fergusons again. It would have been less expensive to order it on-line -- Ferguson added no value to this purchase, my last purchase from them. read more

The "not good" rating is an overstatement. Should be "horrible." My husband and I purchased sinks, faucets, and other items. Salesperson was Matthew at the Naples store. After we paid in full, we never heard from him despite leaving several phone messages and emails. Attempted several times to call the Naples store on Saturday; only received a taped recording. Purchased a $15k French stove that was at Georgia wear house which would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. Never heard back from sales person. After several contacts, we were told stove was no longer in Georgia (sold it to someone else?) and now must wait 3 months for France manufacturer to build. 3 months passes without updates. After several more contact attempts, finally hear that stove is delayed again due to manufacturer issues and won't be delivered for at least 2 more months. After those 2 months pass - Contacted FERGUSON's AGAIN ( are you noticing the pattern) and was finally emailed back on 4/17 to expect stove in late May. We were emailed 4 days later (4/21) saying "surprise" stove was in - (NO PHONE CALL? ) but unfortunately, email went into spam folder. We left Naples on 4/25. We called again on 5/5 for a May update only to learn stove was actually in. Again, no phone call? I must now book additional flights for delivery on the stove that was ready for delivery when we were still in town. read more

This review is for salesperson Jeff. Planning for a project back home, I stopped in to do a little appliance shopping. I didn't want to waste a salesman's time so I explained that if and when I buy from Ferguson, it will be at the Minnesota store. He would get nothing from my purchase, but still did not hesitate to help me as much as he could. If I was local, I would not hesitate to shop at Ferguson and work with Jeff - he has good knowledge about the various brands and has an easy no nonsense manner. read more

I'm reading many one-star reviews here and decided to add my own. I ordered a $13,000 range from them in May 2022. Monday was delivery day (paid in full in Nov.). It was dropped in my driveway Monday January 9 and unwrapped by a meticulous third party delivery crew. In an instant I looked at it and knew that it was not the model ordered. The delivery supervisor then said to his assistant "I told them that the model numbers weren't the same when it was loaded this morning". The Ferguson employee said to him "it's only one letter off". Numerous phone messages have been left at Ferguson since and not one call has been returned. This morning I received a one sentence email "The ETA on the new range is about two weeks". This is no way to handle a previously loyal customer. My sense of anticipation and excitement has been erased from what should have been a positive experience. read more

My contractor referred me to this business to order lights, shower hardware, toilets, faucets for sinks & mirrors for 2 bathroom remodels. Kelley was the rep I was to meet with but I don't think I ever got to see her & I was in there at least 3 times. The showroom is very nice. They carry a large selection & it is delivered within a few days. All of the ladies I worked with were fairly nice & knowlegable. I would use them for any remodels or new projects. read more

We came into Ferguson in Naples in immediate need of hardware for our new home, and our sales associate Elyse Hilton did a fantastic job walking us through options and also helping us narrow down our choices based on our home's overall design aesthetic. We were able to make a choice within 20 minutes, and Elyse coordinate delivering late the following evening, which allowed our carpenter to install in our home while he was working on another project for us. Terrible customer service. I had my appliances come damaged, missing screws and the wrong size grill cover. I had to call multiple times to have the missing parts redelivered, and then the wrong screws were sent. I was told to go to home depot. It's a shame that they couldn't get anything right. read more

We discovered Fergusons, in Naples, FL, completely by accident. We missed a turn and taking the next street brought us to their showroom. What serendipity. We were in the beginning stages of planning our retirement home and the showroom is filled with great decorating ideas. Our representative, Elyse Hilton, has been phenomenal. She really knows her product and she is highly customer oriented. We plumbed two bathrooms and a kitchen and bought some nice lighting, too. She arranged for our purchases to be shipped to the store nearest our construction site and held until we were ready to install them, which turned out being ten months later. All in all, our experience has been a delight. If anybody we know is ever going to build, or remodel, we will recommend this Fergusons highly. read more

We renovated an entire kitchen, 4 baths and a laundry all with appliances, fixtures, sinks, toilets etc from Ferguson. Everything custom and top tier. We used a large commercial contractor with on site supervision. Ferguson, with few exceptions, refused to correct any of the problems that occurred with the products they supplied. Any one can sell you a $15,000 frig and a $3,000 sink unless they support the products and service the customer properly, they are just another company serving up empty expectations. read more

I was struggling to register all my appliances in the mfr website. (Fisher Paykal) was requiring some detailed information that I wasn't able to locate. Worst place EVER. Tried to buy a cooktop after the one I had ordered online arrived in a million pieces. They assured my I would have it within a week. They also said they would price match as long as I had my other invoice (I did). NONE of this happened. I ordered the cooktop, it was more expensive because they refused to price match and also charged me for shipping and delivery, but I was in a tough spot because all of my other appliances were being installed so I went ahead. They charged my credit card immediately, and then nothing. No cooktop, they didn't answer my calls or emails. When I finally got through and demanded to speak with a manager, he told me my cooktop would not be available for at least 3 weeks. I cancelled the order. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not seen the credit on my card despite numerous phone calls and emails. These people lie and take your money. Shop elsewhere. PLUS most of their prices can easily be beat at build.com and other online retailers. read more

i repeat what has already been said about this business. they do not tell the truth! i ordered bath accessories 4/12/19 and told sales person i needed them in 3 -4 weeks at the most. one half of the order came in 3 weeks later, and i was not advised about the remainder. when contacting sales repr on 4/28/19 about rest of order i was told you will receive all but one late this week.and the last item will be available the week of 5.15.19." nothing was received and when i called "client services" told me that two items were back ordered, not one! and they had not received any of the outstanding items in the store. i did need to have the items by 5/6/19 because i had an installer here. had to buy something else from a store locally to get installed. cancelled remainder of order, and was told my credit card would be credited.based on what i have read from other reviewers, let's see how long the credit takes??? read more
