The counters we got, besides being totally different than what we ordered, are very low quality and chip very easily. The owner tried to convince me that the counters were what I had ordered. Unfortunately, the owner of the stone place where he got them from, admitted to me that he was told to pick out a replacement and send them to our house. Order took over 4 weeks to fulfill and deliver. Yet ordered 2 large medicine cabinets from Ferguson Inc. direct and received them via FedEx within 2 days. Toto toilet was on backorder 2 months so I finally cancelled that item as construction had begun and my plumber needed a toilet to install. Ferguson Naples set up delivery of 1 item and the pickup of 2 of 3 items attached to the toilet. Ferguson delivery never showed and my calls to inquire "why" were Not returned. ..meanwhile I'm chasing after a $900+ refund from Ferguson Naples Showroom. Be forwarned. So she decides I need a 33 SB, even though I ORDERED A 30SB. She decides I need 27" for a DW, instead of 24". Total mess. The measurements on the layout don't even match the measurements on the cabinet list. Overall, she added 6" length to a line of cabinets because she decided to change my specs. If I HAD an extra 6" I would have used it in the first place. Then after they change the order, they say I have to PAY them to redesign it to what I asked for in the first place? I am going to call and see if I can get someone to quote me on the cabinets I need and stop this foolishness. If they fix it, I will report back.
