He spent a pretty long time with me and gave me a very detailed quote and several weeks later we ordered them. Since two pieces were very long, we had them delivered. Very satisfied. Eventually we ordered many cabinet handles, shutters, house numbers, crown molding , colonial window trim, Sheetrock, plywood and Azek beadboard molding. Much of that was also delivered. Still very satisfied. Here, I feel like if I ask a question, and the guy I'm asking isn't 100% sure, he's not going to BS me, he'll ask someone else. That's great service. So I would not recommend this company to anyone as they don't have a direct line to speak to anyone nor do they care about their past customers and their satisfaction. This time I had the chance to work with Elsa and I was blown away by the level of expertise. Just some simple measurements and she was able to build out my entire kitchen without ever stepping foot into it. She knew how to layout a kitchen with her eyes closed and knew exactly the problems I had without even asking. She nailed every measurement and design and when it came time to actually measuring our my space, barely anything changed. She is that good. They worked with me and my contractor every step of the way. Very responsive and very supportive - from my sink, to the fridge, to the stove vent, she was patient, answered all my questions, provided recommendations and was never pushy about anything. The quality was fantastic, her teams are all experts, and we could not be happier. Best of all, there was no need to "shop around."
