When that one didn't pull up anything he tried another scanner, all the while standing patiently in a freezing cold parking lot. When THAT one didn't produce a result he advised I have a mechanic do a more detailed diagnostic, possible an ECM issue. Didn't try to sell me a battery, or cat cleaner. When i called AAA to tow it from southington to danbury, an angel named Kurt came to to do just that. He understood the diagnosis and called his shop, showcase, to see if they could help. he then gave me a ~super~ discounted tow, regardless of whether I'd have it fixed there. After discussing all options with Rick, the mechanic, he understood my needs, budget, and was able to find the perfect solution with 100% honesty.
