The smaller out board they fixed but charged me more than half what a new one would cost. Had I known that I would have just done it myself or bought a new one. The other one, a Suzuki 15 which was only 2 years old they told me was in horrible condition and not worth fixing and that the repairs would cost over $2K, whereas a new one could be bought for $2800. I am not a professional mechanic and never have been, nor have I ever worked on a fuel injected outboard but in the space of 4 hours and less than $100 in parts, including a injector testing tool I got it running fine. Very disappointed in this company. Not likely to do business again.

I did my own compression check. All 3 cylinders were good. They pulled my water separator filter (not requested) and didnt replace the seal or tighten the mount bolts. They left my bilge pump motor running and killed my battery. Not going back there.

(Due to supply chain issues I won't be able to get the boat made this year.) I've been looking for a specific Starcraft deckboat (that Petzolds currently has in stock) for almost 3 months. Even though they advertise through the internet nationally, Jordan's (Salesman) boss informed him they will not sell to anyone that is not local. The reasoning for this is because they want to service the boat. Bottom line... my money was not good enough for them even when I informed them I wished to purchase the boat. (Btw I was out the area on work for five weeks) When I came back home I was going to pick it up, but again "Mike said it would be done Saturday, I said no leftovers must be proper. When I picked up the boat the technician said it was perfect. Just spring maintenance. Several hundred dollars, ok as long as it proper. Now I was in a jamb, no time for a "sea trial". Hope for the best. Oh well. Needless to say, engine never started, dead trolling motor battery, battery charger smoked. Unbelievable, you can't make this up. Biggest thieves and liars I have seen in 40 years. I only went there out of sentimental consideration. We grew up around the corner from them and my Pop took us there as kids growing up a long time ago. All Mike had to do was give me the truth and move the boat to someone who would do what was agreed too. There was plenty of time. It's not about the money, I paid and was willing to pay whatever it turned out to be. My Bad. Beware, not honest, not a decent establishment. Stay Away. The worst. I had to post this.
