went there to purchase a Rv it wasn't ready was told it would be ready in a couple of days, I took a day off of work to bring them my trade in and pick up the Rv was called after and was told it was sold, I asked him why make a appointment with some one if you are still selling the vehicle to some one else, I asked him why not get a deposit, I thought you were holding it for me, I told him I was bringing him my trade. And was ready to take it home, he answered and said I dont force deposits makes no since in the sales business you always ask for a deposit it was odd that he didn't ask. my it happened for a reason look at all the reviews. He never called me back I called three times just needed a price on a warranty was told he would call me back never did, just once to tell me it was sold.But again glad it happen after reading all the reviews I was treated the same way. read more

New WARNING ‼ DO NOT purchase from this company. The GM Victor will lie to you when work has been done to a vehicle that he will not release to you. He will tell you that they did not know about any DAMAGE done to their vehicles prior and tell you that he won't do anything about it. This GM Victor is worse than the ones at Camp world. This is your warning to save you money and a lot of trouble. I was also promised for the owner to contact me, and of course, this was never done either. They replaced all the vinyl inside the camper, and then claims it no work has ever been done, then calls me back and says he spoke to the previous owners which we asked for at the very beginning and they said that they just decided to replace the vinyl due to a scrape in the floor, which is not true because it's replaced through the entire camper BEWARE! read more

Very lucky I found this place! I was traveling on the road in my RV when the windshield wipers stopped working, intermittently coming to life when on a rough road. It was clearly an electrical issue, but wasn't a fuse or loose wire I could locate. It also was pouring rain at the time, a miserable combination. After calling around I chanced on Crawley RV, which happened to be just 15 minutes away. They were great! They happened to have time to look at my rig, and in a couple of hours of waiting in their comfortable waiting area, they not only found and fixed the problem (sheared off ground wire at the wiper motor) but did a much needed oil change and inspection service at a reasonable rate. Lastly, I bought some random parts I needed, and they were considerably less expensive than Amazon. When I had difficulty changing some just-purchased wiper blades, three folks came out to help me, and one realized they'd given me the wrong part and replaced it with the correct one. All in all, they were prompt, competent, super nice, reasonably priced, and they got me back on the road quickly. Couldn't have asked for more. read more

This is an update for the (1) star review I originally left for my April 2023 visit to Crowley RV. Recap... I brought my RV to Crowley in April 2023 to fix the generator that would not start and to fix a non-working house air conditioner. I was charged a $201.43 fee for this diagnostic report: 1) Unable to work on Generac RV generator as they are only approved to work Onan generators. 2) They tried to turn on the AC, and the compressor would not start. They did not see any refrigerant leaks. They recommended that I replace the complete AC unit. Quote was $2100. I did not approve this repair. Basically I paid $201.43 and they did not diagnose anything. They let me pick up my RV in an unsafe condition as follows: 1) Stairs left in extended position. 2) Propane tank left open. 3) AC filter & interior grate were not reassembled. 4) They lost my 30 to 20 amp AC adapter. Today (June 16), I finally was able to review the two issues myself. 1) Generator non-start issue, I found that the fuel supply line was kinked. I replaced the kinked section, and it is fixed. Note that this is not part of the Generac unit. 2) AC compressor would not start. I replaced the thermostat, and it is fixed. Bottom line here is that I brought my RV to Crowley for repair. They charged me for a diagnostic report that did not diagnose anything. They sent me home with an unsafe RV. They lost my AC adapter and would not credit me $10 to replace it. Same as other reviews, l also received the "canned" response from the business manager asking me to call them to resolve the issues. I'm not a mechanic but, using elementary actions I was able to repair these issues for less than $30 and about 90 minutes. So much for trying to use a local business. Note to business manager: You should contact me to resolve these issues as I already called a few times on the day this happen. read more

Purchased new Gemini June 1,2023. brought it home realized kitchen faucet did not work, needed replacement. Fridge did not work, had two boards replaced, awning literally almost fell off because brackets not fastened correctly, two water leaks in front cab area, fresh water tank not connected, and finally black tank leaking. After a year of dealing with Thor and CROWLEYS we are still trying to have black tank issue resolved. Thor furnished all new parts yet they were not installed properly. We have owned more than 10 recreational vehicles and not once did we have to return a unit for repairs. Even when we bring it in for repair any fix requires multiple visits. This purchase has been disastrous!! read more

Unbelievable nightmare with this dealership! We bought an RV in November with 3000 miles on it. In January as we were heading down to SC it died. They told us they inspected it but obviously didn't because the serpentine belt was faulty and that would have been caught had they bothered to do their jobs. When we contacted them (4 time we had to contact them about paperwork and the battery) they didn't call us back until the next day and it was some random guy, not even VIctor or Mike who told us 10,000 times, "Call us if you ever need anything!!!". I contacted the owner and his son and guess what??? Never heard from them. So instead of moving to SC on Sunday as we planned (fun to live in the same clothes for 5 days!!!) we have to wait until Thursday IF WE ARE LUCKY. We are paying the repair shop we had to go to in NY to actually do an inspection on the RV bc we ZERO confidence in this vehicle and Crowley. GO ANYWHERE ELSE YOU CAN OR YOU WILL BE STUCK ON THE HIGHWAY WITH YOUR GARBAGE CROWLEY RV. read more

Incredible service from Mike. We purchased a low mileage Winnebago Travato in a private sale, so we're not a Crowley customer. Just before a cross country trip the hard wired propane alarm malfunctioned and beeped continuously, just like a smoke alarm does. Obviously needed to be replaced ASAP. Called Crowley, Mike immediately located the part and had it shipped to him and then immediately had it installed so that our trip was not delayed. Then drove 2961 miles from CT to AZ in 3 1/2 days with no problems and knowing that we had a functioning alarm. Thanks. read more

We purchased a golf cart from Crowley and their service department is a complete joke. We called them right away when we had an issue with the radio, they told us "oh well, it's not under warranty you have to fix it yourself." Several months later, we had additional electrical issues with the cart. I called the service department again....."oh your cart is under warranty, let me call the company." Did they call me back? Nope. Called every day for a week - spoke with Victor the sales manager..."oh yea, I'll get back to you by the end of the day." Did they call me back? Nope. Useless. I called Mr. Crowley directly and left a message. Did he call me back? Nope. I tried to get help from them for over a week and they would never respond. Always the same response, "we'll get back to you." Complete and utter incompetence. In fact, at the same time we had issues with our cart, our neighbor said he was trying to contact you too! And guess what he said..." I can't get anyone at Crowley to call me back." Hmm...notice a pattern here? Crowley RV - you should be ashamed of yourselves. It's clear you have no idea what you are doing, your customer service, response times, and follow through are non-existent. I finally was able to connect with the manufacturer directly, Premier Custom Carts, and they were AMAZING. They came out, apologized for the terrible service from Crowley, reported that MANY other customers who purchased carts from them had the same issues, and took our cart and repaired it in 2 days, no questions asked. So now, we have made sure that we inform EVERY single family that camps in the area to never purchase anything from you. Folks, do yourselves a favor - if you want a golf cart, go to sales@premiercustomcarts.com and purchase it directly from the manufacturer because they know what they are doing and stand by their product. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT purchase a golf cart from Crowley RV. This company is despicable. read more

What a terrible experience I have had dealing with this rv center. I went way out of my way to drive there and visit so that I could buy a new Winnebago Revel. The day I was there I said to the sales person "I am 100% interested and ready to buy. " I then asked that we start putting things together and I wanted to know exactly what was on the new model. I left and never heard from them again. I called a week later and left a message. Again they never called me back. Two weeks went by and I called again. They never said sorry and didn't have the answers to any of my questions. I then had to write an email reexplaining everything again. I also once again said I am ready to put a deposit down so tell me what the vehicle is coming with. I just called them again today and I was told the vehicle I was trying so hard to buy was sold to someone else. How incredibly incompetent and dishonest. I will never even mention the name of this place again. I am also going to tell the manufacturer what happened. read more

I bought a used motorhome from Crowley at the beginning of the year. After being able to drive it for a while I found a vibration at 65 mph. I brought it there,was told it was the tires and was done. The vibration was still there so I brought it back again and they sent the driveshaft out to be repaired. I understand that the timing is out of hands right now but thought it would be fair if they extended my warranty for the time they've had it .(8 weeks so far). Victor the sales manager told me NO. Don't put yourself in the same position I'm in, go somewhere else! read more

I tore the driver's side windshield wiper blade on my Winnebago Forza Class A motorhome in the rain yesterday and it was near useless after it tore. Fortunately the rain nearly stopped and I was able to get to my schedule campground for the night without incident. I Googled "RV parts near me" and found Crowley RV nearby. The next morning I drove over in my towed vehicle and went downstairs to the parts department. Actually I was looking for the parts department after going down the stairs, when a nice young lady saw me walking around looking lost and carrying a used RV windshield wiper. She showed me where the parts department was and it turned out she, Ashley, was the parts person! I showed her my wiper and she came back in a few minutes with a proper replacement. I was prepared to pay "Dealer" pricing instead of Amazon pricing, but the $46.59 list price for one wiper seemed a bit much. At that price I was going to buy only the one wiper and order a pair from Amazon later, but she agreed to knock a few bucks off if I bought a pair. That sold me and, after a few minutes work at my RV, I have two brand-new wipers that fit properly and seem of good quality. When I was replacing the passenger side wiper, I saw that it was starting to tear and I was very glad I replaced it also. I was a manager for many years and I recognize good customer service when I get it. Ashley was friendly, articulate, competent and used good judgment in knocking off a few bucks to get me to buy two wipers instead of just one. I was so grateful for that when I saw the condition of my used passenger side wiper. If I was managing in the area, I would definitely try to hire Ashley. Her manager best recognize the gem he has in Ashley or someone else will steal her from him. read more

Purchased an RV from them late May of 2020. It has been in their shop more days than it has been on the road. Frustrating to spend over $60,000, plan to travel and have to cancel plans because my brand new RV doesn't work properly and the service is extremely slow. That and they give it back to you and it still hasn't been fixed. Generator hasn't worked since I purchased the vehicle even through it was repaired by them. The camper door broke, the wardrobe drawer broke, the window in the kitchen does not function properly, the screen door broke. I would not purchase from them again and even though I have a warranty I will likely find someone else to work on the camper. read more

Three hours later nothing was fixed they charged me over $200 and wanted me to bring it back for an indefinite amount of time possibly three days to fix the items. There is no way to capture the devastating work that Crowley RV did on our Roadtrek 190 Versatile. To say the least it was returned to us in much worse conditions than when we dropped it of. After 6 weeks, Crowley returned our RV with a large scrape across the windshield, and glass from replacing 3 front-overhead windows broken all over the floor. The work they did on replacing our window seals was beyond amateur and the windows still leak!!!!! While doing the reseal they cut into the fiberglass roof leaving light shining through, and also made a cut in the headliner fabric. They also reported worthless batteries were fine to go on a long road trip and attached a brand new battery (upon our request) to an old, corroded battery (very unprofessional). Also failed to detect severe mouse damage despite paying $500 for a full used RV inspection. Have failed to reimburse $ thus far and refusing to pay for repairs of their work. read more
