Amazing communication with me as a customer and very good at what they do. This shop also has great prices for their hourly labor.

I needed new tires on my scooter and didn't really know who offered that service. I called a…read morespecialty scooter shop who told me they could "probably do it but most times they end up taking the scooters to Donelson's for tire balancing". So I cut out the middle person and called Donelson's directly. They let me know they had been crazy busy but would order my tires and once they were in I could drop the scooter off and they would "work it in" to get the tires done. This may seem odd but some other places I called wanted me to drop my scooter off that day and let it sit til they could get to it - could be 4-6 weeks they said. Donelson told me it's prob be a week or so once the tires were in. They ordered the tires, called me and let me know. I dropped the scooter off and they had the replacement done in about 2 days. There was a snafu with the wrong tires being ordered and them needing to put a different set on (my fault as I provided the tire size). Even with that taking place it still only took them 2 days. I had paid in advance for the tires and we had to rework the bill due to the tire swapout, but even that was handled with grace and I paid the difference. They also performed an inspection for me while they had my scooter. Overall nice experience - especially compared to the run around I got from some other places when calling around. Reason I took off 1 star is noone there knows anything outside of their specific dept. So on 1 call they transferred me multiple times - from parts to inquire about the tires, then to service to find out how much service cost, then back to parts because I asked another tire related question, then back to service to talk about the inspection. It'd be nice if they were aware enough of each area to speak to it.

Because of that I was able to get a refund. Even though he couldn't put them on I appreciated his care and patience in the situation. I will continue to patronize Donelson Cycles for my bike needs! Highly recommend for repairs and products!

Just Hawgz put new front and back tires on my motorcycle just before I went on a 5 day ride in the…read morehills of Arkansas about 2-3 weeks ago. Long story short, they put my rear wheel back on incorrectly. In the middle of the ride I was hearing a rubbing noise and then lots of metal banging noises started. I slowed down to try to hear where the noise was coming from, and my motorcycle began wobbling. I obviously stopped and had to call a flatbed truck, because it was incredibly unsafe to continue to ride through the twisty turns of Arkansas. I had it taken to the closest Harley dealer, where the tech indicated and documented on my invoice that the wheel was put back together incorrectly. The tech there told me I was lucky and I should buy a lottery ticket. I could have been killed. I have a receipt from that Harley dealer indicating the wheel was put back together incorrectly and explaining how that caused the problem. I also have pictures showing the damage to the internals of the wheel and axle. My real problem is the owner of Just Hawgz total disregard. I called and told him about it when I got back into town and he got immediately defensive. Then I went in there with the pictures I have and my receipt showing what the dealer tech said and he got defensive again and began swearing at me. The correct response in that instance would have been something like "I'm sorry that happened to you. Sit down and let's discuss it". But instead, he puts my life in danger and then has the audacity to cuss at me. He had no regard for my safety or acknowledgement of his negligence. Dont go to Just Hawgz. The owner cares more about his pride than he does the safety of the people who put their trust in him. He's going to get somebody killed!

The worst part is everytime I called they have some new excuse. Found out from friends that they had the same experience, so I got it out of there asap. also, they chipped my paint in multiple spots. stay away from this place. it will be worse than when you took it to them. beware. They shouldn't be in business.
