We definitely chose the right company to remake our master bedroom closet. From the first call for an estimate, to the quick call back from Alfredo, to the design presented by Kyle, to the wonderful work done by Jason and his associate, we could not have asked for more. After Kyle came over to our home for measurements and photos, we went to the showroom to view the computerized designs and were wowed. We were presented with a comprehensive 3D view of everything planned and it was so impressive, and so cost friendly, we immediately accepted the bid. Since we were getting our home interior painted, Kyle worked with us closely on a start date so we could plan accordingly and be ready when the closet makeover was to start. I came across Custom Closet Systems on Yelp and decided to give them a call. I spoke to Alfredo and we made an appointment to take measurements. From the moment Alfredo arrived at my home, I knew I called the right company. Alfredo was on time, courteous and friendly. He answered all my questions and gave me some great recommendations, all while taking measurements. Once he was done, he stated he would call me to setup a time to come to his showroom to show us his design. We ended up meeting a few days later at his showroom to discuss his thoughtfully planned design. Alfredo was extremely patient, again answering all of our questions. We made a few minor changes then put a deposit down for the install. About a month later, Alfredo's brother, Alessandro came by (on time) with a few installers to install our closet (the brothers own the company). Alessandro and his crew kept the job very clean, they were extremely courteous and did a meticulous and outstanding job on the install! When they were done, I was literally in awe. I felt as if I was starring in my own episode of MTV Cribs! We have received so many compliments on the design and build. We cannot be happier with the results. He added and deleted until I was happy with lay out, and gave me an install date. Neil did the installation. A man with a few words which I do appreciate as he worked 5 hours plus non-stop. Custom Closets came out to give us a quote on a system for our reach in closet. We had already drawn out a few ideas so we were looking for advice and if it needed to be tweaked. Kyle was our rep and was extremely professional, communicative, and knowledgeable about the entire process. I enjoyed the brief history he gave about the company- and liked that it was a family ran business. He showed us ideas on his tablet and gave us feedback on how we could maximize our space. He took quick yet accurate measurements and promised a rendering image of the closet we had designed ourselves to be sent to us the next day. When that was ready, Kyle called me to go over the plans. He generated an alternative version as well for us to consider. I really enjoyed seeing our closet digitally before it came to life. He disclosed to us that the lead time for installation was about 5-6 weeks out. Some of the other bids were much more expensive and one didn't really even propose a design of what we wanted, even though our specifications were very clear.
