Given the 2 years lapse in time is the best quality indicator and greatest testament to this truly wonderful cabinet company. First and foremost, the family and crew are professional and wonderful. The total experience from design to installation left nothing to be desired as they were proactive, timely, competent and clean. Every interaction showed why a family run business is better than an impersonal box store. They asked questions for clarification rather than assume this is what we wanted. They had a "can do attitude" verses one full of excuses. The contractural agreement and payment schedule was straightforward and painless. I certainly would use them if I had to do it all over again but there is no need. Like I said, 2 years have passed and all is still very good! We are positively very happy with our beautiful kitchen, mud room and hallway cabinets!

Lines and reveals are tight, uniform, and proportional. Paint job is superior to many others! It has held up well in the last year year and a half. As with any custom build, there were some unique challenges, and we had a request for a minor change here and there as our design evolved. Casey was attentive and creative in helping us in the process. He was always available to verify measurements to make sure our other trades could put stuff in the appropriate place (plumbing lines, outlets, etc). We are now 1+ years into living with the new kitchen, and even though it is of fairly modest size, we feel it has every amenity one could wish for, and facilitates ease in workflow as if it were much larger than it is! Andrews Fine Cabinets made this all possible, and they were easy to work with. We report zero problems as of 1.5 yrs of use. Doors and drawers still square and smooth. About 4 weeks later it wasn't done but he said it was in the paint shop and he would call me tomorrow. A week later and I hadn't heard from him. Late November he told me it would be done next week. Several weeks later he was not answering my phone calls. After 8 weeks I sent a text asking to refund my deposit. Voile! he immediately said he could install the cabinet tomorrow. Unfortunately after it was installed I paid the balance. I later realized that the 2 drawers were misaligned and a piece of mounding was missing. I asked Salvador to fix these issues, but no response (no surprise). One star is very generous.

Our garage floor had massive cracking and uneven flooring all throughout. Justin came to our home and was very informative, knowledgeable, and realistic about what Premier Garage could do for us. Our crack was way too big to be perfected by an epoxy coating and we were told this by many different companies that came to quote the job. Justin also CAD modeled multiple garage designs for us which were high quality and it felt good to have a company put in that time to draft those out while still getting us the quote so promptly. Sean (the owner) came and completed our job in 2 days. He did a fantastic job patching the giant cracks and was great at explaining the process. Not to mention, he was a super pleasant guy to talk to. Our garage floor came out better than we could have imagined. We are so so happy. And the cost to get it done feels 100% worth it.
