We recently had Timeless Floors come to our home for a quote on kitchen backsplash. Initially, Jackie, an owner was pleasant to deal with. We picked out the tile, an order was placed, and waited for an install date. When the workers arrived, they were friendly and quick. One day install. Then came the issues. When I tried to reinstall the plugs and face plates, it became obvious they would not fit flush as the tile created a gap between outlet and outlet box. An employee offered a solution that did not work. When I called Timeless, they quoted me up to $450 to fix the issue. An issue they created with the install. After multiple 'heated' calls and a lot of finger pointing, they sent someone from the office to fix the problem. I actually had to research a solution and purchase the necessary parts myself! I understand construction projects can and will have issues. What sets a good company apart from a bad or mediocre company is how the problems are resolved. When I brought up our issues to Timeless, I got nothing but pushback and a condescending attitude from Felipe, a co owner. In the end, they sent someone that fixed the issues. Had they initially accepted responsibility and sent someone out, this review would not have been posted. Curious as to why Felipe, an owner, inspected the kitchen to give us a quote and never once mentioned that this may be a problem! So after the job Timeless Floors did with our backsplash, I'm rating them mediocre at best. Read all their reviews! Note after owners comment: Jackie, there was never any extra electrical work needed! The installers removed the outlets without disconnecting any wires. They were not electricians! We only asked that they be installed back as they were before the backsplash was installed. After some research, it turned out to a fairly straightforward fix but did require a specialized tool that I did not have to enlarge the opening around the outlet area. Total time Joey spent fixing it - less than an hour! And again, nothing Joey did to reinstall the outlets correctly required an electrician!! read more

From start to finish everyone at Timeless Flooring was amazing. They helped us pick out the right carpet for our house and never rushed us or pressured us. Their selection is extensive and they helped explain all the pros and cons to everything. They helped us get our floors done so quickly so that we could move into our new home. From start to finish carpet installation took 4 weeks when it should have been 1-2 days at most. Project was 25% more than what was quoted because of they "missed a room" when we walked the entire property during the day of the estimate. There is also a lack of communication on the companies part. We were told 3 different days they would come and do the install only for them to reschedule last minute. This caused my family a lot of unnecessary work as we had prepared and moved things out of the way a total of 3 times. We are not happy with how this project was handled and all of the extra work that was generated. On top of the lack of project management skills, there was damaged tile and protruding nails on the install. While the nails were addressed finally on the second visit, they didn't address the damaged tile in the master bed room. I really wanted to support a local business and had trusted they were going to do a proper job in a timely manner. I can not recommend this company at all. Ill give them credit as a small discount was given, but that doesn't change the fact that I feel like we were misled and poor quality work. read more

Timeless Flooring replaced our engineered wood floor that had been damaged by a water leak. After getting competitive bids from other local flooring companies, we decided to work with Timeless. They were the only company that checked back with us on several occasions to answer any concerns we had as we were waiting for our insurance settlement. Felipe, the owner, always returned our calls in a timely manner. Our floor was installed on schedule. Christian, the project manager and his crew were at our home first thing in the morning. They demoed our old floor and replaced it with the new one ahead of schedule. We expected the job to take a week but they completed it in three days. Our furniture and appliances were carefully moved at the start of the job and replaced when the job was completed. Everything was left spotlessly clean. They are cheaper for sure but you definitely get what you pay for with this company. Completely unprofessional and when they make a mistake they are SO defensive rather than offering solutions to fix the problem. There's so much to say but the bottom line is that they bailed on us without finishing the job and our house has been in disarray for months. When we remodeled our house 11 years ago, we decided to leave a cement floor in one room in order to use large gym equipment in the room as well as using the room as a workshop. Big mistake! We thought we had enough flooring to complete the room down the road but we only had half the amount necessary to complete the job. The flooring was no longer manufactured and we were unable to find anything close when we searched flooring companies. Enters Timeless Floor Company. We worked with Filipe at the store. We brought in a sample of the wood we had originally installed. Luckily we weren't trying to blend our wood with new wood. Filipe tried an extensive variety of samples to come as close as we could to the color and grain of the floors in our other rooms. There isn't another floor company that we visited that worked so hard trying to make a match. We ended up purchasing from Timeless Floor Company. We also had Timeless Floor Company install our new flooring. Joshua was our installer and he is a master at leveling and laying floors, as well as meeting and grouting floors from room to room. He also did a great job filling the outside entry door threshold and he rehung the entry door so that it would no longer stick. The prices of flooring at Timeless Floor Company were very comparable to the other companies that we visited; however, the service at Timeless Floors was by far the best we experienced. read more

We used Timeless to replace all the flooring in our house. The process couldn't have gone better, and the result was great. Felipe was very helpful consulting on options and guiding us to the choice that made most sense. He clearly knows his stuff, and carries many options so he can recommend the right choice for your needs.
