I have been taking my cars to Custom for years because they are always fast, clean, and fair. This morning, I dropped my car off at their Columbia Worley location to have the catalytic converter replaced (a part they had to order for me). After dropping the car off today, someone in their shop caught that because of the age and miles on my car, the repair was covered under federal law, which requires auto manufacturers to provide an 8 year 80,000 mile warranty on emissions parts. They called to let me know that all I needed to do was take the car in to the dealership for a warranty repair. They even called the dealership's service center for me to give them a heads up. They could have very easily done the repair that I asked them to do, charged me $600 and I would have thanked them. I would recommend this place for sure! I was coming back from an East Coast road trip on a Friday after Labor Day 2012 and my Jeep Cherokee completely cut out on I-70 and I had to be towed by AAA. Because all the shops they recommended were too busy to fix my vehicle until days later, we asked at the Firestone dealer where we could take it and Kevin @ Custom Complete Automotive was recommended. I was a little apprehensive, missing my own honest mechanic back home in Denver but they replaced the voltage regulator for about $200. and did some other work and I was back on the road towards home within hours. Considering they could have ripped me off as is sometimes customary for some mechanics, I am writing this review here as sometimes good work goes unmentioned. At first, I was leery of using this particular store due to the reviews I read. Then I found that they had switched managers and were trying to rebuild their reputation. I needed a catalytic converter for my old car. After calling several places, I decided on this place for a few reasons: The manager was extremely personable, straightforward, and anxious to help/please any way he could. He gave me a good price on the part, and they were willing to drop me off where I needed to go while they were working on the car. My car is running great! Just picked up my 2005 Corvette, it had a non-functioning cruise control, temperature control issue and slowly leaking tire. Two other garages wanted to gouge me just to diagnose the issues. Glad I went to the Worley location of Custom Complete Automotive because my car is now FIXED! Bill Rosenburg, new Service Manager for this location and Jay Taylor, Diagnostic Specialist Technician were AWESOME!! This was NOT an easy find... But Jay got to the bottom of the problem and got it fixed! I plan to use them again if I have any more issues and highly recommend them to find the true problem with your car too! I have had really bad experiences with this shop. First I had to pass inspection and they wanted me to pay 600 for some rubber on the engine. well another mechanic changed it for 100. Then, they wanted me to get new wipers and I gave them new ones, and they had to charge me 2$ to put the wiper on. I can care less for the $2 but obviously they do depend on it LOL. My boyfriend took his truck there for inspection and they decided that they can fix whatever they want without asking him if he wants the "recommended" service performed. Well, I have had enough. I received the best customer service I have ever received in my life! I came in on a Sunday afternoon at almost closing time, because my truck was shimmying as I drove down I-70. They took me right in and told me exactly what the problem was. Kyle had the best customer service skills I have ever seen! While I was waiting, Kyle was helping an older gentleman who was traveling and 8 hours away from home find a place to stay until his car could be repaired! read more

Great shop! My car broke down and this shop did a great job in fixing the problem fast and getting me back to my normal life. The price was reasonable and the guys were really nice. Lee is the man! Woke up early to a complete flat called them first thing at 7am and he was over willing to help me out. They go my tired changed and fixed up in about an hour so it was really fast.
