They replaced the batteries (took over 2 months) and ever since the replacement the cart would not work correctly. We kept telling them it was a wiring or bad battery issue. They picked up the cart three times and brought it back to us basically telling us we were the crazy ones. This last time they picked it up and finally found it was a bad battery and wiring. Ding ding ding. Like we said. I'm irate at the fact they would even ask for money from us after not being able to use the cart for nearly a year and leaving us stranded 3 times after it broke down right after telling us everything was okay. First time they delivered it we tried to use for Halloween but none of the lights worked they forgot to plug something in so we didn't get to use it, they picked it back up bright it back we tried to use it for a Christmas parade and got stranded a mile into it with the cart jerking and shutting off, they picked it up returned it for a 3rd time we paid to have a $100 battery meter, this time I got stranded picking up the kids from school with the battery meter full, it just shut off no power to the cart but they still didn't believe me that the cart was charged even with photo proof. All in all they had our cart more than we did this year returned it 3 times with nothing fixed. Funny thing is I was going to add a tip that they made things right but after them charging us anything do not so business with this company. I will attach all of our emails and photos when I get a chance. Originally when we bought our cart they said it would be 5-6 weeks, yall it was about 3 months. Just this 4th time them having it to fix it, under warranty, they had it for nearly two months. Do not trust this company. Even today he called and asked if I would be home this afternoon, he explained they were currently loading the cart and would be by about 1pm and would that be okay. I said yes, made my way back home to be there for them. I arrived home at 12:30 waited until 2:55, nothing. Then at 3:10pm I get the call the driver is there to deliver the cart and they can't leave it because they need to collect money. We have never been so inconvenienced by a company. Do not go through the hell we have with this company. Save yourself the headache and use Kenfeild. I used kenfeild for years working in the apartment industry and never once had an issue with them. Used them at 4 properties I managed and they were incredible. Sadly they didn't have a cart when we were shopping and that's when we made the mistake of using Ennis. They did replace the charger, which had had zero complaints about. Blake seemed to want extra praise for doing that, thank you for the new charger. However it was not something we complained about or asked for. Our old charger worked just fine.

They said yes they have one and just come by and pick it up. I mean Liberty Hill is close to almost nothing. I go by and they said this particular Yamaha cart has a specialized key and they can't get the parts at this time. What? A key? I called back to speak to someone and they said they would have to call me back later in the day when they weren't so busy. Well, it's two weeks later. I'm taking my lumps and moving on....

I have had to buy a turtle box and now looking into a compact portable generator to recharge while at the beach, because Seth guaranteed electric would meet all expressed needs. They extended my cart to 6 passenger but only in a 36v electric motor, then charged me an additional $2600 for a Navitas Vehicle System for better performance when all it needed was a correct electric motor (48v). Don't let them fool you. Attached pic is another example of their poor craftsmanship.

I've called them seven times. Left them seven messages all very polite and they've never called me back once. I told them I had a problem. The cart is only five weeks old. I'm very disappointed to have to write this. My last message was I was very frustrated and I would give them a few more days to call me but now 10 days of past and no word. There's only one phone number to call so I know I'm calling the right one.

The golf cart had a couple flat tires and I was out of town but Kenfield pick up & delivery crew were so patient and offered to come back with new tires so they could roll it out for me. They handled my security codes to my house and garage to get in and did all this without me being there. This is a trustworthy company that still holds on to family values. You can feel that every step of the way from when you first call in for a quote to pick up, through payment, and through back to delivery. They never complained about how old my "baby" (what I call my vintage golf cart) was. My golf cart is very sentimental to me for soooo many reasons (my dad passing away & love of golf and the dear friends who originally allowed me to purchase her back in Maine) and they handled HER and ME with care.
