Wow! I'm surprised that this shop doesn't have more reviews. I had a great experience here and I would definitely recommend this shop for piercings. Omar and Ava's customer service was great! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I explained to them that I had just left another shop where the piercer claimed that the places that I wanted for my piercings she advised against. I had no idea why she was saying that, so I decided to come here for a 2nd opinion. Omar was flabbergasted lol! I told him where I wanted the piercings and he said no problem!! He was super professional and extremely knowlegeable. He explained why he was using the jewelry he chose and how to care for the piercings. MOST IMPORTANTLY, it didn't hurt!! I'll definitely be back to get some more piercings in my other ear. read more

Terrible piercing experience 2021. I originally got my very first nostril piercing done out of town, hence why I couldn't go back to original piercer. I came in to get my nostril piercing reopened and jewelry put back in. It fell out after 4 months of having it and I rushed to the nearest piercing shop that would take me same day. The guy, I think his name is Jose but goes by Omar he recommended I get it redone. Which okay cool. He's the pro right. He gave me another L bend piece like the last one, but he pierced it adjacent to my original hole leaving the old hole exposed and the L bend closer to the edge of my nostril, making it stick out and uncomfortable. Next day I called to have it fixed and he told me to come in so he can fix it. I came back in and he pierced the original hole. The piercing area was so raw that I never quite healed and had an embarrassing bump every other week, despite salt soaks. I just took it out to completely heal. It wasn't until I went to another shop to get the other nostril done that I learned that what dude did was not standard operating procedure. read more

Well I didn't know I could have a great time AND experience getting a tattoo. I MEAN IT'S SUPPOSED TO HURT! Right? Wrong!! Frank is the bomb, he's not heavy handed and he doesn't take FOREVA! He has a good eye and can draw his azz off! Everyone there was GREAT and very friendly. It was a no stress zone and I am excited to try and get a tattoo party together since they host those as well. Got my nose pierced. First off they say they open at noon but they didn't open til almost 1. Then the lady that pierced me was super nice but I don't think she really knows how to pierce. She did the the right placement and the needle went through right but somewhere when she was putting the jewelry in she lost the "track" and thankfully the owner was there who then had to take the jewelry out and shove it through the hole that was starting to close up ‍. I did get $10 off my piercing for the inconvenience and discomfort but I wouldn't really recommend. read more

Came in for a tattoo and Omar was great. He made sure it was exactly what I wanted and even the placement was something we experimented with a couple times before deciding. Definitely a 'measure twice cut once' kind of tattoo artist. Would recommend. read more

I've had 3 piercings and 3 tattoos done here and honestly I keep going back because I love the service and the people there. Always greeted in a welcoming manner. Always have good conversations and best of all I love the work that Omar does. He pierced my nipples and my tongue for me and it went very smoothly. I like that when you ask him about pain level he tells you exactly what to expect and then walks you thru the process of cleaning and maintaining it. Omar has worked so hard to get where he is at right now I remember coming here when he first started and now he has multiple artist, a lot more business and recognition! I'm ALWAYS telling my friends to go here for anything tattoo or piercing! It's my go to spot! If you're looking for a sign to come here this is it! Went to Long Beach on vacation. Went to this shop to go get piercings with my parents. Im 15 The owner was there and kept making inappropriate comments to me, again I'm 15. I was very uncomfortable in general. It wasn't just the comments tho, his shop has inappropriate photos all over the walls, Things no one wants to see in a business. Omar took his time and made sure I was comfortable with the placement of my tattoo and did and Amazing job, he is such a Wonderful Artist. I also met Maca who is a very sweet,. Got my nose piercing and leg tattoo here. It's an awesome shop! Very clean and good pricing.

I went here about 4 months ago with my friends. I got the Helix and my friends got nose and belly. They were super nice and my helix was in a cute spot. About two weeks later the back of the earring fell off so i went back so they could put it on tightly, since i was there i got my second earring on my ear lobe, he didn't show me before he pierced it but it's so close to my other one i can barley change them. About two weeks after that the back of my helix fell out again and since it was still a new hole it closed part of the hole before i noticed. When i called and told them this was a second time if fell out, i asked if they can re-pierce it with a different earring since these don't seem to work. They told me they only have one type of earring and I would have to be charged $60 again to get it fixed. And just recently my second piercings fell out. waste of $120 and not to mention it wasn't the cleanest in there. read more

On New Year's Eve I came in to get my tongue pierced. I've been here before not for myself but with friends to get a septum and belly ring. It looks great when the guy was doing it for her and it looked professional that day. But on the 31st it was bad. A lady (not even in uniform unlike the rest of the workers) was doing that pricing that day. I ask if she was mainly doing tattoos or piercings and she said tattoos, she was NOT on the list under the professional piercers and I did not see that until after. Now first of she pierced my tongue and DID THREAD the needle with the jewelry. So not only was I now uncomfortable, I HAD TO GET Re-pierced. She was not the one who repriced me, it was the man who Pierced my friends that I mentioned who I went with a couple months ago. He should have been the one doing them in the first place. The said they brought her in because they were short staffed. The should not bring unprofessionals for any reason. I will NOT be going back and would like to give 0 stars but that's not an option.
