This place definitely deserves their 5 star rating with 80+ reviews. They all know what they're doing. I've gotten cuts from 3 of the barber's there (but I usually get cuts done by Isaias), and every time, I left immensely satisfied. They are all talented. Even on a super busy day, it doesn't even seem like a long wait. I went when there was 10 guys ahead of me, and it really seemed quick. People of all different backgrounds and ages come through and all of them leave- looking fresh. It isn't like those places where you feel intimidated to even step in or feel as though you have to know somebody first to get a cut. It has a comfortable welcoming feel. Casper is fantastic! My husband cuts his own hair and has fired himself! He enjoyed a relaxing full head hot shave complete with hot towels, massage and an ice cold beer. Luxury at its best! Casper has a wealth of barber knowledge and knows exactly what he is doing with a straight razor. The shop is old fashioned with a few modern man cave bits here and there. We'll definitely be back! Been coming here for a few years. Great barbers, although i did come in 15 min before closing and got shooed away by the barber i had no interest in touching my hair. Seemed like 2 out of the three barbers were almost done with their cuts but had not interest in anymore. I get it, its 15 min. Before closing and you want out, i just expected more from this shop. I'm not picky with who cuts my hair when I walk into places, but I've had nearly the entire staff up to this point and all of them deliver a quality cut. A true barber shop needs the hot foam and razor shave, finally a place in the area that does it. Never waited more then a few minutes to get in as well. One day I was walking around Oceanside looking for a good barber and I ran into Tim. Tim is the only person I will ever let cut my hair. He has such a extraordinary eye for detail. Truly the best barber I have ever had. When I found out he was moving to temecula it was a no brainer that I had to make the journey at least 2 times a month. I'm from SD but was in the area and needed a cut for my son before school! This place is top notch. Its been 4 years and I have NEVER found not one barber who could fade my sons neck the right way! He has white blonde hair so he usually ends up looking chopped from people who can't blend his hair right. He is 5 and was SUPER stoked with his cut! It not only looks great but he can wear it a few different ways! They even worked in his little cowlick in front so it didn't go haywire. Great staff, friendly, accommodating. It's cash only FYI but they do have an ATM in back along with the products I usually use on my sons hair for a great price. If need be, I would seriously drive back up for another cut!!! The barber who we had wasn't necessarily warm and fuzzy but he wasn't rude and certainly didn't deserve for me to take a star off for it.....afterall, it was Sunday at 6! First time going to Custom Cuts was a great experience. I booked an appointment on a Monday and was able to get a spot within the next hour. They take walk-ins as well which is great too. I got cut by Tim (Pretty sure his name was Tim, if not then he works the third chair on the right side of the shop) and he definitely knew what he was doing. I asked him for a medium skin fade and a line up and asked specifically to not give me a high and tight and he listened to every detail that I asked for and exceeded my expectations. He explained to me where on my head he would start his cut and fade and taught me some good things to know and look out for with other barbers. He did a really good job on the fade and was smooth with the straight razor (Shaving cream and hot towel too). I also got one of the best line/edge ups I've ever gotten from Tim. He really took his time with it and didn't just rush through it. Definitely recommend this place and getting cut by Tim. read more

Best barber shop I've ever been to. Been going there for over a year now and been happy with my cut every time. Have had my hair cut by almost every barber there and they've been great. And I've seen the other two cut and they do awesome work too. Plus they straight shave your neck after and sell Suavecito to keep your pomp in place. No complaints about this shop. FINALLY!!! Some flavor in Temecula Valley. These guys know what they're doing!! My husband and our three young boys got nice,clean fades and fauxhawks. This place is super clean.
