This is a long review but my experience was horrible. If you are wanting quality work DO NOT use…read morethis company. sealant applied uneven, no pride taken in his work, should of been a 8+ hour job and he did it in 2 1/2. below is my review. April 29th 2025 I contacted shady pines rv and they referred me to this company to get my roof fixed. I had two spots that were rotting and it needed to be resealed. I contacted Brad Taylor who came out on May 1st and did an estimate for me. cut the roof open, remove the rotten wood, replace the wood, apply sheet metal and then reseal the entire roof for $2300. He advised me that this would only take a day to do and that he had done plenty in the past and never had any issues. I contacted him later that day and scheduled my roof to be done on the 7th in the morning. May 6th I reached out regarding warranty and he rescheduled the roof for the following week but did not give a date. The next week came and I had heard nothing so I contacted another company to come out on the 14th to give me an estimate on the roof. May 13th, Brad reached out to me to confirm him doing the roof on the 14th and I scheduled it for the 15th due to the estimate being done. The other company was not able to make it out so I went ahead and proceeded with Brad to get the roof done. He got there at 8:15 am and was finished by 10:30 am at the latest. He told me that it wasn't that bad and everything went along fine. I paid him and he left. Monday may 19th I messaged him about the skylight and he said he would come out on Wednesday May 21st to look at it. Never showed. Friday May 23 My ac started leaking condensation in the camper. I got on the roof and realized the job was not even completed per what he quoted me and the sealant was pealing around the ac (sitting water all around the ac due to the sealant) I reached out again and advised of my findings. He said he would come and get it taken care of. Instead he sent his son. Nothing got done at all. I reached out again on May 23rd @ 8pm to him saying it was to late to come (obviously). He showed up May 24th - tried to gaslight me and tell me that the back of the camper wasn't that bad when he gave the quote ( yes it was ) He told me that he would get it fixed and reseal around the ac unit again but wouldn't be able to do it until May 27th. May 27th he got there and fixed the back and resealed around the ac. told me that he is not able to replace the wood in the camper roof but applied sheet metal and sealed (still charged me as if he was putting wood in my roof even though he didn't) May 28 - reached out again regarding bubbling in the back where he just fixed, cracking in the sealant he applied, and concerns about adhesion. Sent him pictures and videos he adv of a 48 hour curing time. told me there are no bubbles its just applied thick. I told him I contacted another company and showed them the videos and pictures and they said it seems the silicone is not adhering to the roof membrane. May 28th he came by and looked, used a box cutter to cut out the bubbling I was talking about that wasn't there according to him to just pour more sealant on top of it. He said his sealant was doing its job and blamed it on my membrane. June 7th I reached out about the sealant pealing again around my ac unit. At this point I was completely convinced that this guy did not care to fix my problems that he caused and he was just trying to make a quick buck off of me. ($2380.50). I filed a dispute with my bank on June 8th. I had to get my roof completely redone all together ($6,000) due to what he did to my roof and as of Aug 19 my dispute was approved in my favor. The company who redid my roof the second time said that the coating was not even adhered correctly due to improper preparation before installation.

My 80-year-old parents were more than 1,000 miles from home when their brand-new motor coach…read moredeveloped water-pressure, air-conditioning, and toilet problems. They were referred to this technician by RV Complete because they were unfamiliar with the area. He billed them 21 hours of labor for work that reportedly took less than five hours, plus $200 in mileage, even though his listed office or residence was approximately 6.5 miles away. He demanded cash before completing the work and said obtaining parts otherwise would add five to seven days. My parents were alone in Arkansas with two dogs; my father is a retired veteran who had undergone triple-bypass surgery the previous year and has severe diabetes. The repairs did not resolve the toilet or water-pressure problems. After returning home, my father took the motor coach to Blue Compass, where it was inspected with a Jayco representative. They reported that modifications had been made, incorrect filters had been installed, and a toilet rebuild kit had been billed even though the issue was a simple clog. At most, they said a pump costing around $300 might have been needed. My parents were charged $6,111.71 for work that Jayco reportedly valued at approximately $2,300. Even more troubling, when Jayco contacted him, he allegedly said, "The old man had money, and I was going to get what I could." I called him, provided the invoice number, and was told to call back in 15 minutes. Since then, he has not answered or returned my calls. Based on our experience, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company; Colton clearly took advantage of my elderly parents.

Drove back to within 50 miles of his home base and he offered to come diagnose the issue ive been having since my truck left his shop. This is the absolute worst experience at a shop, take your business elsewhere there are way better shops that this in the are that have integrity. The other company that he works with to solve this issue is fantastic i would gladly give the a 10 star.

Mechanic didn't have right size socket so damaged my hub nut then later replaced with an entirely different style then what was on it originally. Then told me I would need new bearing and races. I rode with him to get tools and paid for the bearing parts at the same place he was getting tools to do the job. Then got charged for labor the entire time including his mileage to go right down the road and back. Then while working on my truck took several phone calls a walked off to take care of other customers including a tire change all while still charging me $145hr. They waisted hours of my time with inexperience and not having tools on hand. Then he left for a road call and had a buddy of his help to finish up my truck. 6hrs later finally done. Got charged for not all. I made it 110 miles down the road home get out to do a walk around and find the seal leaking again. I call him to tell him and he gets mad and starts cursing me out accusing me saying that I poured oil on it to just try and screw him over and that absolutely none of my money would be refunded. I have done business with several other businesses including integrity truck and all will tell you I run a honest business and couldn't care less to lie about something like this. I even sent him time stamped photos showing they were taken immediately upon stopping. I even went as far as to run a camera probe in behind to show the seal was leaking and he was absolutely rude accusing me of lying. First ticket given was $984. Then argued telling him how can you charge me when you was working on other trucks and not mine during that time. He discounted it 1 hour so I was still charged $870 for a wheel seal... called 2 other certified mechanics who both said that was nonsense and should have never been anywhere near that much. I had the opposite side done back in November by a reputable shop who only charged me $187.50 labor plus parts. I even told Him I would pay for the labor of everything else even though that part was overcharged as well. I even told him just cover the cost of the seal and labor of 2.5 -3 hours which would cover me paying another mechanic to redo their mistakes and my 45 minutes one way to go get another seal. And got told " Not Fu***** happening and then tried accusing me of wanting to run off with his invoice without paying him. Not to mention they left a mess behind the wheel that I had to clean up and then his helper when I checked before leaving had my brake 3 full turns out of adjustment. Absolutely would advise anyone to go to integrity truck or some other reputable shop of this kind of service..
