The packaging and protective tape etc for the Bosch product was superior to anything we have ever owned. The total quality service and time explaining all aspects of our new product by Ricardo were superior to anything we have received in the past. Our compliments are also extended to Chris for his total quality service attitude and loyalty to Appliance Unlimited. As we told Ricardo and Ghazal, it appears Bosch is now the leader and we get what we pay for! The installers came out, and first of all, didn't have the pedestals that we thought we ordered, which we made very clear that we wanted the washer and dryer higher like they had on the display. We even talked about them with the salesman when we were there... Well, those weren't delivered. And they said they couldn't install the dryer as apparently the geek squad guy missed that gas line hook up is old and would need to be replaced before they could put in a new dryer. So bottom line, this has turned into a nightmare for us, now... especially since we thought it was going to go so smoothly. And we're hoping Pacific sales along with their father company. They delivered the same day, which was great. The installation didn't go so well. Once they were done, they tried to charge me more for the installation, despite the deal. I refused and they let it go, but it made me uncomfortable. Then, it turned out they hadn't installed it correctly. I had to reconnect the washer to stop a leak, and the dryer needed to be installed a second time with a new vent hose. Then the dryer needed to be completely cleaned out because there was a lot of leftover lint still inside it. The washer, once it was in my house and in use, smelled bad. It had a strong chemical smell, and left white flakes on my clean clothes. I soon realized it had been touched up with a lot of paint, which became sticky and then began peeling off. After a lot of cleaning and scraping I got the bad paint off, and slowly the smell faded. The dryer quit heating after 87 days, right before the 90 day "warranty" was up. They didn't get back to me. I'm currently looking for a used refrigerator, but I'll be shopping elsewhere.

When delivery day came Jamal and his assistant pulled up exactly on time, and went about removing the old washer and setting up the new one. They were very thorough and knowledgeable, and had everything completed in short order. Jamal explained everything that we needed to know about the new machine, and checked to make sure that all the connections were secure and that it was cycling correctly. Overall, this was one of - if not THE best - appliance purchase and delivery experiences I've ever had. I'm so happy to find an alternative to the dismal big box experience, and I absolutely recommend checking out Absolute Appliances before committing to the "usual suspects". We bought a fridge, washer and dryer set and have been having trouble with the fridge leaking since day 1. They schedule service calls and no show and then stop answering or returning calls. They definitely are scammers, no integrity, professionalism, or scruples. To top it off they go by different business names. I found Emily's Appliances, Aguilar Appliances, 828 Appliances, all the same people and I'm sure there are more aliases. Only figured it out because they have the same phones numbers, yes multiple NUMBERS. The owner's name is Orlando (supposedly). Unfortunately, trying to support small businesses comes at a cost sometimes. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
