I've spent…read moreright around 11K for sinks and faucets for 8 bathrooms, and I must say that the rep was very nice and very helpful and very knowledgeable, he did is part the best way Possible, but here is my problem with this place: they don't stock up anything, everything gets shipped from different locations so I started receiving at home bits and pieces of my orders over the next couple of weeks. The product did not arrive in retail packaging so it was really tough to know which was what. I had to take everything back to the showroom and my rep set down and wrote on each and every single piece what it was. Turned out that I've ended up ordering a few things wrong and needed to return them...Now, returning items is even a bigger headache..,you have to get a shipping label from them and start shipping different things back to their different locations. That was not acceptable to me so I returned the product back to the showroom and ask my rep to take care of the returns for me. It took over 3 weeks for me to receive the refunds which was pretty upsetting. In the meantime, I've checked with a different national distributor the prices on everything I've purchased and it turned out that I've paid about $2000 too much in comparison to what it would have cost me had I've purchased the same product from them. Needless to say: Very bad system, extremely over priced, and I will not be buying here again.

They accepted the material back into their warehouse and kept it, but they refused to refund our money. They now have both our material and our $3,000. I even went to the store in person to speak with the manager and politely ask for a refund. The manager refused to talk to me and simply said, "You can take your material back, but we will not issue any refund." At that point, the material had already been returned to their warehouse. I work in the fix-and-flip business and purchase building materials regularly. This is the last time I will ever buy from DG Lumber. I want other customers to know that if you purchase materials from this company, assume every sale is final. Even if they take the materials back and keep them in their warehouse, don't expect your money back. I would never recommend this company based on the way they treated us.

The only local company that was cheaper than the hardware store. Then it went downhill. Called me to schedule a delivery time. I couldn't pick up the phone. She didn't leave a message. So I called the next day, and she said that since she couldn't reach me, I had been scheduled for a delivery the next day between such and such. **Why didn't you leave a message or sent an email???** Delivery arrived an hour in advance. Not a problem, thankfully. Everything was there, except.... 4 of the beams were bad, and one sheet of plywood was severely delaminated. **Did you really think I would be okay with bad quality wood??** They agreed to replace them. Not even a phone call to tell me when they're coming. Turns out this time I was away when they showed up. Not that far, but the driver was not happy. He had already loaded/unloaded the lumber, except for the sheet that was in my garage. I notice he brought only 3 beams, not 4. I figured I could arrange with Anel to get the final beam delivered. **Why was there a missing piece??** Well I was wrong. I tried reaching out many times to her. As you'd expect, she never answered emails, was always busy or not at the office, never returned my messages. Nobody else tried to help me. Ultimately I had to dispute the credit card transaction for the amount for the missing beam. I never heard from them, and I'm one piece short for my project.
