Well a couple of months ago the zipper on one of the boots started to give me trouble. I was very upset because they were expensive and I spent the extra money to buy boots that would last. I got the zipper to work again and then today it completely broke. Well, I thought since the quality was good I'd bring them to a cobbler. Well, the closest cobbler is now 30 minutes away. So I thought I'd see what Lake Geneva Overland would say. They had 100% guarantee and replaced the boots. The was a nominal price difference feom when I bought the original pair. But as Gerald explained to me, they make high quality products and they back them and that should not have happened. My visit today exceeded my expectations and I will definitely continue to be loyal customer. In a world of products with declining quality it's nice to know someone still has our backs!
