In 2019 as I was approaching retirement I purchased another Gunnar to take advantage of hydraulic disc brakes in cycling. My Crosshairs became my travel bike. Recently after returning from an east coast trip a crack was found in my Crosshairs while in for a tuneup. I was broken hearted to think I might lose this great frame. After contacting the staff at Waterford/Gunnar I was told that my 12 year old frame would be repaired, under warranty. I was shocked, to say the least. While not a common frame the staff at Waterford/Gunnar produce excellent bikes and even better, stand behind them. You will never regret buying a Waterford/Gunnar bike. And yes, steel is real.

He couldn't ride his beloved Trek anymore and didn't like the recumbent bike some neighbors loaned us. We wanted to check out an adult trike, so we headed to Bicycle Doctor once again. Eric showed us a Sun adult trike they had in stock and told Rick to go take it for a ride. He looked like a little kid who'd just gotten his first new bike; he loved the bike and could easily get on and off by himself. They didn't carry a rack at the shop that would hold my upright and Rick's trike, so I ordered one online at home, brought it in, then they assembled it and Eric put it on my car for me!!!! Recently attended a winter fat bike ride to the beach. They had great route leads and made sure no one got dropped. They organized the routes, gave everyone store coupons and served lunch. What a fun way to spend a dreary winter day. Reloaded a bunch of bike needs as well. Love this joint.
