I really enjoyed my experience here & will return for all future mechanical needs. I will also recommend anyone who is having mechanical issues or in need of routine maintenance. I arrived at open and was happy to find I was the first vehicle of the day. I was in need of an oil change & to check my A/C issues. I was seated in the waiting area and the mechanics went to work. The waiting was very comfortable. It was cool to beat the Texas heat. They have a mini fridge fully stocked with bottles of water. There's also a TV that you can change to the channel of your choice. Time flew and my oil change was completed and they also fixed my A/C issues. They were very professional and even explained what exactly caused my issues. There pricing is so amazing that my total was less than the cost of an oil change from the Honda Dealership! It's weeks later and my a/c is blowing colder than ever. read more

Absolutely disgusting company they steal from you. They rob you. They tell you somethings wrong with your car. You take it to another mechanic and there's nothing wrong with your car. They'd lie to us and said that our brakes were bad and we need to immediately replace them I took it to another mechanic. We still have about 20,000 miles on our brakes disgusting company and Robert is an actual thief and Chad agrees with him. Disgusting Company stay away from them and they don't put the correct battery in your car and then they don't confront them. They tell you too bad. read more

I spoke to Robert on the phone about getting Freon put in my car. I confirm the car had been inspected and confirmed it needed Freon. Robert told me it would be $64.99. The next day once I drove all the way across town he switch his story and said it the $64.99 was just to check the AC. He lacked sympathy for me as a potential customer. He even mocked me! ( I have accent for the Caribbean) I would never return to this business I'm also reporting to the BBB. read more

Avoid this place if you can. Stopped in to get my car inspected. There was a really nice guy that approached me and told me to sit in the lobby while I waited. He was an older guy maybe the owner. He let me know my tires wouldn't pass inspection so I told him I would return as soon as I left Discount Tire across the street. He said my car passed everything else. The reason for my 2 star review is because the guy that brought my car keys back to me stated that I needed a new belt. That my belt was "broken". This was super shocking because I had just had my car serviced two days prior at Mercedes Benz and my belt was replaced a year ago. I proceeded to ask how much it would be to repair the belt. He said "about $160." I immediately called my service technician and he stated my car wouldn't even be operating if the belt was so say broken. He advised me to take it somewhere else. After I left Discount Tire, I went to Mr. Sticker around the corner on Briarforest and was in and out in 10 mins. So what happened to the broken belt? I hate to be lied to or taken advantage of because I'm female. It's pretty disgusting. read more

They offered me a car to drive to work while mines was in their shop all day and fixed the ISSUE straight away and was very communicative with every step. The scope of work that I wanted was a bit out of my price range but compared to many other locations that you can drive to this would 100% be worth your time. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER bring my vehicle back here! I needed a part replaced on my vehicle, I purchased the part and bought it in to get replaced. My car is still cutting off because it was not installed correctly! I have come back twice and with proof that it is not installed correctly and he keeps saying it was fixed properly! I left work today and noticed my low pressure light was on, so I stopped in to see if they could check my tires. The man working was very gracious and helpful. Professional, courteous, and they take extra time to explain all the repairs that they think are necessary. I have an old car, but they keep it running! Quick service. Honest assessment. Had issues with a clicking noise when making a hard left turn. Called Tuesday afternoon to make an appointment for first thing Wednesday morning. Dropped off vehicle at 7:30 and they offered to shuttle me to my office. They called me at 8:15 with diagnosis (interference between tire and wheel well liner). They trimmed the liner and performed a brake inspection on my request. They said brakes were adequate but explained some of the possible "feel" issues that I could be experiencing and provided solutions when it was time to replace my brakes in the future. They offered to pick me up at work and bring me back to their shop to retrieve my vehicle. read more

I will never do business there again!!! they triple charge working on your vehicle and they left my damn truck unlock where people stole a lot of tools out of my truck sitting in Taco Bell parking lot and I had a buddy that told me he was there before me and said they did the exact same and if he knew I was going to go there he would of stopped me....they didn't even really fix my damn truck all they do is put parts on and double charge you for parts....and charge you 99hr and add extra hours when it don't take that long to fix I still can't believe they left my truck doors unlock in that area for people to steal my stuff...so I had to let everyone know they are not professional at all unbelievable read more

I'm super excited to write this review to tell everyone how awesome these guys are. Unfortunately, I had some minor damage from a collision and Westchase Auto Repair Center took my car in right away and repaired it. (Faster than I anticipated) My first interaction was with Chad over a phone call because I was anxious about bringing my car to any repair shop and he reassured me that they would be able to take a look at it and determine whether they could repair it or not. After dropping my car off to be repaired I was less anxious as I spoke to Brian the shops manager and he reassured me as well that they will do their best. And when I tell you, they did just that. My car repairs were completed in less than 4 business days and the work they did looked as if I had not gotten into an accident! (That's what your looking for right?)
