I was contacted by the driver on the day of pick up. He was very kind and professional and punctual. I didn't have to do anything to assist in getting the vehicle out of the garage. The driver was very knowledgable and we had a great conversation. The vehicle was transported to LKQ, and the next day I went to the location to pick up the check. There was a line at the door of individuals waiting to get in... almost like black Friday. I was allowed to hop the line to the selling area. I brought in the title. They answered all my questions. I even saw the driver who picked up my car, and he remembered me. Great personal service. Great experience overall in selling a vehicle.

Larry the owner said his national store couldn't take a hit of $380.00. I am a disabled, Air Force veteran. I have no car and $380 worth of brand new parts and the receipt. He didn't care if I took the hit. My salary this year is under $18k. I wonder what that store's annual budget is but I going to find out and let the customers determine who should take the hit.
