If they can't give an answer you like then they will point you in the right direction to find the answers. USPS doesn't have the time and they DON'T CARE. This place will. Just trust me. I have dealt with the Forney USPS location for over 3 years and it's a total joke. A new building or renovated building won't fix the issues that exist with USPS Forney location. Nothing will. I usually deal with the gentlemen (assuming the owner), but the girls are sooo sweet and helpful as well. Every visit I make to this place leaves me with a smile. Do NOT - under any circumstances - hire Superior Customer Signs in Terrell to do your sign work!…read morePete does horrible work, rarely gets back to you, and makes promises about standing behind his work that he doesn't keep. We hired this company through our general contractor. We paid our initial deposit on February 21st and the electric sign for our business finally went up on May 1st. We went out the day they were putting the sign up and I had already noticed things that had me concerned. There was a scratch on one side, black overspray on the other side, there were bubbles, the outside of the sign was completely ruffled - for lack of a better description word - it was like he had tightened the bolts too tight and it buckled. You could also clearly see the seam and the pole hadn't been painted well. The wires were just hanging down, there's a huge bow to the sign because of the metal plate he screwed in at the top to keep it from leaning forward, and he had left the broken glass from the old sign all over the grass. I voiced my concerns to him at that time and he told me that the bubbles and 'ruffles' would clear out as soon as it heated up and that whatever I wasn't happy with he'd come out and fix. His "reputation was important to him, so he'd make it right". For the next 6 weeks, we tried to get him to come out and fix the sign as he promised. For that entire time, we were met with either no response or excuses. Our sign still stands as is and we'll now have to hire another company and pay for a sign we already paid $8,200 for! Pete is very dishonest, very rude, and extremely incompetent. If all of this, and the pictures, don't deter you from hiring him, apparently, he doesn't have a valid TSCL license (Texas State Contractors License) and he worked on our sign without a permit and engineering plan. If you'd like more details, pictures, or information on his background, please feel free to reach out to me. I don't want anyone else going through the hassles, financial upset, and disappointment we have.

After 6 months of broken promises and failures to show or communicate we had our lawyer begin a civil suit against this company. The owner communicated that he did not have our $10K to refund. He claimed to have paid a 3rd party to do his work, but he never could provide us with the contact of this party or any documentation or copy of check to prove his statements. Based on all of the other false statements we determined it was a total loss. Within two weeks of contracting with another company, they installed our sign and began the work on our other two projects. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS
