In my opinion, this organization is the worst shipping company in the U.S. No flexibility, overcharge on secondary services, and arrogant. If anyone gives them five stars, they don't ship very much. I would definitely look for someone else to provide your shipping needs. read more

The service here is cool if your dropping off 1-4 items but I came in to drop off a load and my experience was horrible. Not only was it slow , but they scanned the labels incorrectly , they forgot to scan labels , and then put us behind more customers which held us up another 30 minutes . read more

DO NOT USE PACK N POST! complete ripoff artists. they were to mail me 3 t shirts and a poster the size of a piece of notebook paper. they called and said my bill was 56 bucks and change! how grotesque! i could mail individually for 14 bucks, max. actee shirt weighs about 1/2 pound and paper weighs nothing. to mail a pound ans 1/2 is usually 8 bucks tops. and how long to put 3 shirts in a box and a paper along the bttm? minute? no more than 2! so, i told them to mail me jyst one shirt and the 12 x 12 poster. next day , 33 bucks and change for one shirt and a piece of paper. it should only be 5 bucks ro mail less than a pound and 5 bucks max to put in a small box and maybe charge 2 bucks for the box!! 12 bucks tops and they charge 33. when you screw someone its supposed to feel good to the other person , too. then insid 33 on the 20th, it didnt get mailed till the 27th! disgusting business. I was shocked when I was contacted to have an item shipped from the Dallas area to the Houston area that weighed a pound. They quoted $47.00. I was appalled. They claim the post office will not allow them to use Priority Mail. I don't believe that. The auction house is doing a disservice to its customers by using this shipping service. I came into Pak n Post on Sept 4th for the first time and last time. Unless you're trying to have your items go "missing" I recommend you stay away. I have shipped thousands of packages - hundreds every day - and I have never had a problem before I came here. I came in to the store with a bunch of 50lb boxes that I had to ship back to my home in NJ. The man who was working here, whom I thought was just curious about why I had so many large boxes, began asking me questions about what's in them, how much the contents cost, and if I carry extended sizes (curious as to why a man would want to know if a women's clothing brand carries plus sizes or not, but I let it go). He seemed to be getting annoyed that I was using the tape that they had in store, made a few sarcastic comments, and was far from professional when dealing with me. Anyway, I brushed off the whole thing because I'm from Jersey and I just thought that Texans are super friendly. Fast forward a week later when I receive my packages and contents are missing. I call up Pak n Post and the same guy that helped me that day in the store picks up the phone and gives me the "I can't help you" attitude. Obviously I have since filed a claim with Fedex, but never in my years of doing business have I had such an experience happen to me. So sad that you can't even trust the people handling your mail anymore. "Pak" up and take your business elsewhere. read more

We had to return some items to Amazon and used this location. They were quick and friendly. They also sell local honey at this location! It smelled so good in this store. Went in yesterday to express UPS presents and baked goods to family in California. The label printed wrong and my home address was put in as the shipping. The mistake was caught before being shipped, but after I left. Rather than call or contact the parties involved, who sent all info in email for the correct address, they shipped it and then sent an email saying they knew it went to the wrong address and send in a new one and bring it back with the new label! I came in with a broken picture frame that Macy's wanted returned. It is 18x24 and the glass was shattered. The gentlemen that helped us was extremely helpful and nice. I had several things I needed to ship to family members this year for Valentines Day and I was going to the post office to get this done. There was a very long line when i got to the post office so i left to make some other stops thinking i would come back when it was less crowded. After dropping off some videos at Blockbuster I saw a place 2 doors down from them called Pak'N Post. i had never been there but thought as long as I was there I would go in and see if the prices for shipping were something i could live with. I encountered some of the most friendly and helpful sales staff I have seen in a very long time. While there doing my business several "regulars" came in and out and it was so funny to see how the staff interacted with the people that have mail boxes here. It was like an old fashioned barber shop the way everyone knows everyone by first name and stand (or sit for a while) and talk about just about anything. The prices for shipping were not bad at all. There is a small markup (service fee) compared to the post office but in my mind, not having to wait in line at the post office is worth it. Stop by and check this place out next time you need stamps or to ship something. read more

I have never posted a review online, however, I will make an exception regarding the Pak'n Post in Rockwall on I-30, I needed to have invitations copied in color for a party we are giving, and the gentleman at the counter named Derek gave it his all to make sure the copies were the right size...he even cut them to size for me. But the man working at Pak'n Post helped me from the moment I walked in the building and was so nice and explained all of my options and made sure I was not spending money I didn't need to in order to get my book returned.
