When my roommate went to work on my car this morning, my car refused to start. We originally went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and their machine was down. Luckily O'Reilly's was across the street. Jakori was able to help us and he quickly found out the problem was the battery, not the starter. So he was able to find us a battery for my car. He suggested Norvie as my sales consultant who did a yoeman job showing me the available inventory of both new and used vehicles. My daughter and husband had recently purchased a vehicle and Melanie was their sales representative and even after Norvie had invested several hours of his time Melanie was contacted and became our rep. When I picked up the car I noticed that several fasteners were missing around the the radiator. When I pointed it out, the mechanic claimed that they were missing before he started. The car had never been worked on in this area and I would have noticed before. I believe that they were left out due to poor part alignment because the holes no longer line up. Just a very disappointing experience.
