When my roommate went to work on my car this morning, my car refused to start. We originally went to AutoZone to get the battery tested and their machine was down. Luckily O'Reilly's was across the street. Jakori was able to help us and he quickly found out the problem was the battery, not the starter. So he was able to find us a battery for my car. This business is so frustrating. But yet I keep taking my camper back there bc they are the only…read moreauthorized service providers for my type. They know they have the monopoly on RV repairs in Huntsville and they don't care about services or satisfaction. My camper has been there for 6 weeks and I've had to call every time to check on it. They were waiting on approval for a repair that I never got sent to me. I called, approval request was sent. Now wrong part was ordered, still waiting. Meanwhile, my camper is sitting out in the hot sun and rain all summer when it would have been covered. Their customer service lacks any part of the word 'service'. When you call the lady says 'service'. Not 'service department, May I help you? or anything that resembles caring. Don't use them if you can find someone else.
