My main goal was to acquire some miniatures for birdhouses I was refurbishing. I found quite a few, which cost considerably less than Amazon & eBay. I also picked up other decor and my purchases came to $50. The lady, who checked me out was very friendly and welcoming. I love this place but I would get in trouble spending too much!

I'm so glad we did! The moment we arrived, Craig came out to help us, showed us our options, and gave us a quote. Craig is very sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and carefully explains the details of the products. His customer service is amazing. After we left the shop, we knew we had to go with Royal Draperies! As soon as we got into our new home, we contacted Craig to let him know that we wanted to go ahead and order the blinds. He immediately came out and particularly measured each window for a good fit. A couple weeks later, the blinds were installed and they look amazing! The blinds fit perfectly into each window and the quality of the product is excellent. So, I found these chairs at a garage sale about 15 years ago. They had the traditional 70s…read moregold/avocado green stripes that made you want to throw on a pair of bell bottoms and watch Saturday Night Fever. But I digress. Sitting in these chairs was an experience I haven't had in Ethan Allen or even Jeromes. They hug you and support you in all the right places. I feel a little regal, to be honest. The problem was they were an assault on my senses. And I don't own bell bottoms or Saturday Night Fever. My husband had Morales Upholstery do some work on a boat, so he recommended them to recover my chairs. I brought my own fabric (thank you JoAnnes Fabric clearance shelf) which they told me was a total score. The result? Comfy chairs that don't scare away guests. We did have an extra $50 charge for padding that was not in the original quote. This is reasonable considering the age of the chairs.

We approached him & another lady to ask to look at an item, they talked over us and they ignored us for a few seconds until we had to reiterate that we needed assistance. Once we got to the item, he said that the items were fake, but we didn't even see the price for the items so we didn't assume. The conversation was blunt and quite frankly disgusting... haven't been back to this antique mall in a while, it's a shame that the customer service is like this now. If they are sick & tired of working, they shouldn't be working there, if they assume a client can't afford a fake bag for $60, then they aren't gonna sell.
