We were impressed with the owners' knowledge regarding pros and cons for various materials. They had a wide selection and we chose a synthetic leather for its beauty and durability. The owners were very patient as we took a bit of time to make our decision about which color we preferred. Their bid seemed reasonable and they assured us they could finish the job in an agreed-upon timeframe. They also allowed us to take their sample of the material we chose so we could match new pillows and linens. We picked up our cushions today, a full week ahead of schedule, and are thrilled with the results! The material is rich, buttery soft and lovely both in appearance and comfort. The workmanship is top-notch. The seams are straight, and the cushions perfectly fit the rounded corners of our trailer, not an easy feat. The owners even replaced the old Velcro strips to ensure the cushions stay in place while traveling. We cannot recommend more highly the wonderful people of South Upholstery.
