Had other SMP artists warm me about him and having to complete his work, but Daniel seemed to have good reviews at the time and the initial consultation and first service went well. Moving forward into my second SMP session, I would shave my head prior to arriving at an appointment to make things faster for SMP, and I would get a call or text with excuses that 1.) his house burnt down, 2.) He was not feeling well, 3.) Had to make a last minute trip to Miami for business. While some personal issues may be true and warranted (having sympathy for him during difficult times), it was too many to count. He then stopped communicating with me and never completed my third-session...not fulfilling his services. Nothing upsets me more than being ghosted and my money stolen. Overall, based on my personal experience, I don't recommend him. Look for artists who showcase professionalism and not broadcast how much bling they have on the Internet. For someone who has had such a great run in this business, I don't think the excitement or passion is there anymore. As a last note: I've noticed his business name has changed several times over the past few years and the one on Google doesn't match his Scalp Allure website

From the moment I walked in, their tone was cold, dismissive, and at times outright rude. Simple questions were met with visible annoyance, and there was little to no effort to be helpful or even polite. It made an already stressful situation feel even more uncomfortable. That said, once I got past the front desk, my experience completely changed. The PA and the technician in the back were absolutely wonderful--kind, friendly, and professional. They took the time to listen, made me feel at ease, and provided great care. It's unfortunate that the first point of contact left such a negative impression, because the clinical staff truly deserve recognition for the positive experience they provide. I hope management takes a closer look at the front desk experience, because it doesn't reflect the level of care happening behind the scenes.

If you look at the website, you see the term "HUE" thrown around a lot, which also seems misleading as it is not FUE but actually FUT.
