All around great shop. I usually top my ratings at a 4-star review because in most cases there's a little something the business could be doing a little better. In this case, at least with the experience I had, they deserve a 5-star review. When I first called to inquire about taking my car in for an estimate and even the second time I called to find out the status of my car, they picked up the phone. I didn't have to go through a phone tree to talk to a live person. When I arrived, despite their directions I parked on the opposite side of their business. None-the-less, John walk over to my car and what was special was they way he was sorry the accident had happened at all and sympathized with my situation (someone hitting the car in a parking lot and not leaving a note) and it came across as sincere. The pricing, for someone paying cash out of their own pocket was a little more than I'd hoped but John did his best to work with me. They required a deposit and gave me a timing estimate. When I took the car back to drop off, Matt was able to give me a ride home. I wasn't expecting that. It was especially unexpected because he didn't do that in my car, but his. The only thing they said they would do, and didn't was give me a call the next day for a status but potentially I called them before they had a chance. Finally on the 3rd day it was ready for pick by end-of-day, as originally promised. They offered to pick me up - I declined, preferring to walk. The two gentlemen I worked with John and Matt were tremendously kind. I 100% recommend giving them a shot. At the time I wrote this they were working on becoming a Tesla authorized body shop. And...every once in a while there a cute, super chill small dog in the office area (bonus points). read more
