Only giving 4 stars because (we have never had problems taking my dog to the groomer or her being around other dogs) but for some reason they told me she was very nervous and suggested getting some "doggy Xanax". They also said she didn't play well with others, which I find very odd because no boarding place or groomer has ever said this before. I didn't like these comments very much but other than that they did a good job on the hair cut. It took around 4 hours.
