This location is pretty convenient for me, and there is minimal traffic getting in and out of here which is also a plus for me. I appreciate that the staff here are knowledgeable about the products they carry and therefore willing to answer any questions you may have and or recommend alternatives. It is also nice that most of the products sold have a tester so you don't have to worry about getting home and not liking the smell and or texture of something. Overall convenient location and great staff.

The waxer told me since I didn't use my free wax yet if I wanted her to do my underarms so I said sure , and while my Brazilian wax having some time to chill out before we did more wax pulls she told me that since she already had her tweezers out if she could get a couple hairs on my eyebrows so I also said sure. I was under the impression that all of this was free: that's exactly how she made it sound. When we were all done she told the front lady that I had 3 services done and I was about to get charged $160+. I told them what the waxer had done for me and she informed me she would remove those charges. Upon getting home I see that I got overcharged still and I got charged for a $28 eyebrow wax that I didn't even receive. Wax never touched my eyebrows , a tweezer did!! And to get a couple hairs. Ridiculous. I'm never coming here again.
