I had a situation last year when my front end power steering unit went out. They replaced it and unfortunately the unit wasn't working correctly. This was a 6 hour job at 80 and hour. I called and the pushed the business they had for that day back. They replaced the bad new unit with a replacement at no charge. As I was leaving one of the customers who's work got pushed back was asking when his car would be fixed. Rob worked 4 hours past quitting time to make sure he had his vehicle the day he promised it. I called and confirmed they dispatched a truck, and said if we knew they were in Lapeer we would have gotten someone local. The guy answering starts yelling at me, tells me not to give him that, and that they're local, and their driver is 15 minutes out. I responded that they could have led with that, to which he says "well you could have acted like an adult" and hung up on me. Most unprofessional conduct I have experienced in decades. The tow truck driver, on the other hand was the complete opposite of the dispatcher. He was friendly, helpful and got the car started immediately.

I certainly hope the previous people who had bad experiences did contact management about their issues. With that being said, I can only go by what my experience was this past Tuesday when I had to go in to get my tires put on. It wasn't overly crowded which I was happy about, and I actually had an appointment-we are long time customers and have had alot of vehicles brought here for tires. We don't go anywhere else. I was waited on by Matthew, who I thought was very nice and helpful. Any questions I asked him he either knew or found the answer for me. I was able to get tires while the rebates were going on so that was a plus. I had brought a book to read thinking I may be there a couple hours, but I think it was pretty quick-maybe an hour total to get the tires on & check alignment. The place is big and spread out, I found the chairs comfortable, and though I didn't get coffee there was a coffee station. Also, don't want to forget to mention that when I walked in, there were about 4-5 guys behind the counters & I thought I'd get ignored(has happened other places)but they all told me they'd be with me shortly. That was a nice change to be acknowledged that your standing there! Anyway, the place seemed clean and I was comfortable waiting. I thought they'd try to sell me stuff I didn't need, and that wasn't the case. Maybe it's because tires are not cheap lol! We'll see over the next week how worth it getting new tires worked out to be! Tire rotations are free if you get your tires here so that's a plus.
