The prices are reasonable and they cover most of the basics. They dont have cheese cloth which I needed one time. And the supply is limited to basics nothing fancy. They do have a lot of rice cookers and stainless pots and trays for large partys. My last purchase was 4 quart storage container with a lid. I needed to store some chicken soup and stock. The lid was priced seperate and not as one unit as part of the container. Which I though that was weird. Prices are in line with Amazon on most items. Yes I am an Amazon junkie especially when it comes to price comparison. Hey who doesnt love a deal and save mucho dinero by looking online before making store purchases. Yea They dont have oil strainers too...that was my last fetish. Lol These oil canisters from Japan that have carbon filters to strain and clean your frying oil. They are made by Takagi!!

For those who know, a Chinese cleaver is not a bone cleaver, it is used like a Chefs knife and cannot break through bone. The cleaver was heavily damaged and I was looking for a place to help me repair and sharpen the blade. Indulge Kitchen Supplies was one of the only places that responded and I am glad they did. The store itself is on a main street with a fair amount of street parking and the store is super cute. The store sells a variety of kitchen gear from different knives, cutlery, utensils, etc. Most of the curated items are modern and high quality such as Durelex glass and Global Knives. While their prices are a little higher than online prices, they have quality stuff and I recommend buying from them. Their knife sharpening and repair was a life saver for me. The Chinese Cleaver is a large knife and they were able to get it done for me in less than a day and it was fully repaired. Looking at the photos you can see that they took out all the dings on the knife and sharpened it back to the point where I could use it again. I highly recommend this service and would readily come back when I need any knife repair or sharpening.

And, honestly, the resulting dumplings (chicken and pork... 3 different dipping sauces... both fried and boiled...) were really good. I ate, and ate, and finally could not eat any more. This place is clean and has plenty of work station for a class. I was in a class of 8 but they can fit much much more. The kitchen offers classes almost every night and I heard they get booked packed most of time. Check their website for more information on what classes available and great date idea. So far I learned to make cookie, pita bread and hummus. I ate plenty of them but never know how to make it. They are pretty time consuming. Overall a great experience and had ton of fun.
