One of the worse manicures I've ever gotten. Got dipped nails. Nail polish was all over my hands. Manicurist just told me it would eventually wash off. He'd informed me he was tired so I don't think he even cared. I was shocked at how much was all over my hands. He said it was from having my hands in the bowl of acetone. I had to use a q-tip and nail polish remover myself at home. I've never had to do that. The polish started chipping within a few days along with my nails. It's been a week and a half and the polish and my nails continue to chip. Typically my nails polish or nails never chip, they just grow out. Will not go back there again. read more

The young lady who did my pedicure was great! I got the " On the Rocks" pedicure. My feet felt great afterwards and I was very relaxed after the leg and foot message. However, the prices and extra charges took me back. I know we are living in the age of tariffs but, I got charged extra for the polish I chose and I was charged extra for using my credit card. A $54 pedicure went to $73 in an instant and than a tip onto of that-- well I will not be getting bi- weekly pedicures anymore. If you don't mind the prices, it's a really nice place. read more

The last two times there for pedicures have not been great experiences. The visit yesterday was the worst pedicure I have ever received in my over 30 years of getting them. My nails were cut super short. Then I pointed out they were cut very crooked. At this point they were already so short there was no way to straighten them without cause them to be at the point of bleeding. The man doing my pedicure used a large square heavy grit block that would be used on heels not nails to try to smooth my toenails. The block cut my skin in several places including closer to my foot no where near my nails. The color I picked was was once again not the one brought over and applied. When I asked about it they said it was correct but it is clearly several shades darker thsn my selection. I know a couple other customers that have provided feedback recently and received nothing more than "oh, sorry". I know my review won't mean anything to the new owners of this place but hopefully it will help others who are thinking about getting a service here to consider what it might be like before deciding to go here. Today I get to put triple antibiotic ointment on my cuts and hope for no infections. I also get to spend the next few weeks being embarrassed and self conscious about the poor quality of this pedicure and how it had left my nails looking. read more

I choose to have different color polish on my fingers and toes. They charged me an EXTRA $10.00. But no where does it state you have to pay more if you choose to have different colors. There were no designs involved. They also charged $5.00 to take my daughter's nail polish off her toes and it wasn't even gel polish. I was in the area and looking for my first manicure in Wisconsin. I chose this place because of the images they have on google. I needed fillings and a new gel manicure. I walked in and there were two females in the front it took them a bit to greet me and they asked what I wanted. I told them and then after a few seconds she goes ok and then proceeds to speak to the girl next to her. Mind you I'm still standing she didn't say please have a seat. Well my nails were actually long and so I didn't want them to break and I didn't have any of my stuff to do them as I was out of my home town. Found this place on google. When we first got there we were told they mixed up the day of our appointment so we would have to wait an additional twenty minutes. The service itself was awful. So the other day I was working a split shift doing security at a hotel and I decided to have a pedicure done since I had a 4-Hour window. I was immediately seen as a walk-in and my tech could tell that I was completely exhausted so she told me you sleep and she worked on my feet only nudging me awake here and then to move my feet around. No massage, barely filed my nails, slapped some lotion on. The polish chunky and thick, and when I brought it up, he looked at me and walked away. This place is has super high prices for mediocre work. I travel a lot for work and I made it a tradition to go to salons anytime I travel. I've literally never seen prices this high anywhere. $5 for fake tips, $10 for ombré (which they considered to be a difficult design), $10 to shape the nails, and $40 for dip. The worst part about it all is that when I told them I wanted a French tip ombré look, they spent 10 minutes talking amongst themselves trying to figure out what color they should use. After that I had no faith in their capabilities and just asked for a simple mani. Well folks even that was a struggle because after the girl finished, my cuticles were still rough and I had nail polish on my fingers. All while the girl was doing my nails the manager (I'm guessing) continued to ask her when she would be done so that she could take the next customer... which is unprofessional. Ladies and gentlemen. I had Highhope's for this place. Would've even been happy with a moderate experience. Unfortunately it was about the worst experience and pedicure I've had. There is nothing special about this place versus any other one just like it. I won't be back. I left with wet jeans and polish smeared on my skin. Why didn't I stay and have them clean up the mess of polish all over my skin you ask? Because I wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. While you're working on my pedicure it is not OK to repeatedly cough directly on to my skin. it's also not OK to grab and jerk my feet around instead of being gentle. It's not OK to cut one of my nails so incredibly short that it almost looks like I don't have one. And where was the apology for the staff screwup that left water pouring out of my pedicure bowl and soaked up my pant leg which was rolled up significantly? Not one in any shape or form. I also didn't appreciate that the staff decided to let the water continue cover the floor along with my shoes which I had already moved once so that they could bring out from the back dirty used towels versus grabbing clean towels that were within reach. That was absolutely disgusting. Lastly one of the other most disappointing things I found, they don't use industry standard micro planes for smoothing rough skin. Instead they use dollar store cheese graters. So I guess it's the luck of the draw on who you get as to what type of experience you're going to have but there is nothing special there and I overpaid for the quality of service I received. It took everything I have to pay my bill and leave a tip which I in hindsight wish I would not have once I realized in the brighter light how smeared the polish on my skin was. read more

Stopped in-today as walk ins and we got greeted right away , people are nice and friendly , offered us water / soda every few moments . Place is very clean & beautiful ! I had Justin for my tech & he did a wonderful job and was talkative and friendly . We arrived waited and i was given to a lady, ok let me try her im open to new techs , she was so so , she rushed through my nails ... i had polish all over my hands the nails were bumpy and uneven ... i showed her and she Blamed me on the way i placed my hand under the uv light ... i was like really .. i have been getting my nails done for 20 yrs & never had an issue placing my hand under the uv ... she asked to fix she fixed one , and well i have lost all confidence in this place if they fire people left and right the owners must be hard to work for , i argued i wanted to pay for my service , i dont want anything for free . She did a crappy job i wanted to pay and leave , this made me upset they didnt take my money . Terrible experience Had to wait for my appointment, even though they weren't busy and most of them were curled up in the ped chairs on their phones. Wanted a fill, my shape was perfect. Started filing in the sides of my nails , now there lopsided and looks terrible. Said something, but was ignored. Everyone "not working " was hanging out with the girl doing my nails. Looking at pictures while doing my nails, not paying attention to what she was doing.Filed down the fill so much, now there super thi, almost no gel . My nails are "fat" from the side , there's acrylic buildup under my nails, I asked for stiletto but I got coffin, and at the end I that I smudged the tip of my nail on the rag but, by the time I saw my friends watched her go in the back room and come back with her coat and her purse and walked out of the salon. With my friends nails she showed the tech a picture of the design she wanted; I watched her do it but, she just painted her nails black and when my friend said something about it, the nail tech said she never showed her a picture, so she just added butterflys to her ring finger and with my other friend, she asked for a pink and black ombre and they they didn't know how, but looking at the other views on here, iv seen a lot of ombr nails. TD;LR-- Small wait. They have lots of pedicure choices that differ in time. Busy. They have lots of colors to choose from. Nothing crazy special but gets the job done. I made a super last minute appointment on a Thursday morning. I really wanted my toes done and my usual place was booked. They told me 11:30 and so I was there a few minutes early. The girl at the desk looked like she had just gotten out of the gym. College t-shirt, gym shorts, and sneakers. This isn't me trying to be a jerk... but I didn't realize that she was the salon coordinator at first. Told me to pick a color and I went and looked. Lots of choices. Some of them need to be checked because they had a jammy consistency. I had brought my own color so I used that instead. They got me and another woman into a chair at 11:30 but then we sat in the water for another ten minutes. Another woman was asking when she was going to be started. She had been sitting as well. This is all because they have about five or six styles of pedicures. They ask you when you walk in which one you want. And they all take different times and cost different prices. That should be taken care of on the phone. Same thing with getting old acrylics or gels, that should be asked about on the phone. The place was super busy in the front. Every woman there was getting a set done. The place is super pretty. Comfy chairs and it's quiet. There were two kiddie chairs in the salon as well. The drying station has this sad jar with three or four goldfish swimming around dirty water. Cords hanging out everywhere. I hope that's temporary. My nails look fine. I did an easy pedicure, basic level. They had reruns of Star Trek playing (which my nail tech was watching the entire time he did my nails) and some cooking show. It was quiet aside from some of the other customers. I sat at the drying station. It's a big white metal contraption that has six spots for you to dry out with. If I was in a pinch I'd probably go back, but that's mostly because it's literally down the street from where I live. read more

It was my first time at this location. My sister wanted to try it out since they cater to kids as well. We set an appointment the day before my engagement party. We loved the look of the location. Very upscale and modern. I wish the massage was more of a massage then just a rub. I got a no chip gel mani and regular pedi. My nails gel started to peel after the 4th day when they normally last two weeks. I always like to give other spa/ salons a chance, but I will stick with my location of choice. Will try again.. I am came in with a old set(not the best) but needed a fill, color change, and thin out my nails ( super bulky). I had a budget and didn't want to spend crazy money for a fill. After looking at my nails one nail is longer then the other. I didn't know they charge for cutting down nails until I left. I did a color change.....umm if you want glitter like the nails they show make sure you ask to put color then but the glitter or you will have a clear nail with glitter. Coming from out of town, I wasn't sure which nail shop would be best for me. The one shop I went to before this one, unfortunately turned me away. This one had quite a few bad reviews, which of course, made me a bit skeptical. I walked and was taken right away. I didn't get to catch the young lady's name who did my pedicure & full-set. She completely took her time & didn't skip any part of the process, even while just getting a regular pedicure. I get acrylic on my toes and when she laid the acrylic on my toes, I just knew I came here on the right day. She was so precise and didn't leave the acrylic long or uneven. She took her time with my nails as well, even while she had an appointment waiting. She went ahead and got her other appointment started while she was finishing me up and still didn't rush on me! HOWEVER there seemed to be a push for an upsell of 15.00 for gel polish... few things on this... 1. 15.00 was a bit much but thought what ever... When I called today to let them know that my gel polish had crinkled not even 24 hours after I left I was met with a non challant attitude and 4. I explained to the person on the other side of the call that I couldn't come in today (as they were pushing for me to come in today) that I had a very busy schedule all the way through to next weekend...she said she would make a note for a discount... hmm a discount ok... how much is the discount... it'll be for 10.00 off... interesting... especially when I paid 15.00... she said would I like for her to hand the phone to her manager... sure... she comes back... my manager is busy can't come to the phone... ok... now we are not in a good place... long story short...
